I think she was going more for replicating the cleo from generation 3 lol I just searched up cleo on google bc I was also confused on why it's a bit different, but if you search up a picture of the cleo gen 3, it looks pretty similar to that one, not the original one in the picture she put in the video

I do extra outfits of her for Instagram so I will have the green striped socks there🥰 typically I use the characters as inspiration and change them a bit to make them look like they would be everyday people with a fun twist😇 if I make them exact- I notice it can be a bit boring. Changing little things or making there hair color a certain way brings some extra things some people might not have seen!🙈 I think that’s why people like my videos. I promise in my extra outfits I will add her striped socks🫶🏼
