These videos take a lot of time and effort your camera work is superb. I appreciate the work that you put in these videos as well as the work you put into having a spotlessly, clean home and nutritious refrigerator. I am always envious that I wanna open the door of my refrigerator and see it look like that, but it never does
Everything looks delicious. I attended a cooking class last week. For the first time ever I had vanilla ice cream with balsamic vinegar drizzled over top. They had different flavors of vinegar to try. I used dark cherry vinegar. Delicious, who knew?

Hello, thank you for such a lovely video. I loved the recipes and they are ones that I can use in the UK. Often recipes have ingredients that I either don’t know what they are or I can’t get the ingredients. But these sound just perfect.

Love all the summer recipes and meal prep ideas. One tip for you is to soak your skewer stick for a half hour in water and it will help with preventing them from burning . Have a fantastic weekend

I do have a few questions that I am super curious about: 1) what brought the idea for you to share your content on RUclips? 2) how do you go about changing the recording stations throughout the day (it seems like all you must be doing is moving the camera stand😃, 3) did you end up buying some extra recoding equipment after some time or do you use your iphone to film? 🫶🏻 Thank you and can’t wait for more content!
Everything looks so good but I think the kabobs look the best because they have mushrooms and yellow squash which along with brussel sprouts are my favorite vegetables. Have a great week and see you next Friday. 😊

I love your foood prep videos and will try them all! Thank you!! I bought the paint pens you use but they don’t come off easily for me?! I heard you say it comes off with just soap and water. No scrubbing?
Hi there! So yummy! 😋 the ink usually comes off completely in the dishwasher, but sometimes there’s a little bit left. I think it depends on how long the ink has been on. Older ink seems to be more stubborn. A little soapy water softens it up, but it doesn’t completely dissolve it. If I hand wash, there’s always a little bit of scrubbing with the sponge, but nothing like scrubbing grease off a pan. 😂 I use the non-scratch pad on the sponge and lightly scrub and it comes right off.

May I ask what protein powder you use?
Hi Randi, I am definitely trying the bang bang chicken but I do have a question, you mentioned when substitutions work out better and that you let the chicken marinate in the bang bang sauce before you cooked it. This is the route I am taking and my chicken is marinating and will be ready to cook when I get home from work. So doing it this way, I can still cook it on the grill right? Btw I did substitute a good amount of the mayo with nonfat Greek yogurt - Yum!!

I recently learned that scrubbing off your dishes pre dishwasher-ing actually reduces the clean ability of the dishwasher. Dishwashing solutions are created to stick to food and if you have no food on them, the soap residue sticks to your items and is not washed off.
