It was Akhenaten aka Amunhotep IV , Son of Amunhotep III and Tiye. He was the only king who stopped the worship of Amun and believed in GOD Almighty because of Hazrat Yusuf . However, after the death of Akhnaten , worship of Amun continued and later Pharaohs removed his name from the list.
