DUDE STOP SKIPPING ALL THE TEMPLES
The Yiga are a great example of perspective. To Link, they’re so pathetic that every single member of the clan is a joke. To practically anybody else, they’re terrifying. Trained soldiers and assassins who can perfectly mimic your friends and family, teleport at will, manipulate the wind, and do all of that while LAUGHING in your face.

I dunno if anyone has commented about it yet, but there actually is ONE single cooking pot in the entire depths and it’s located at the first yiga base you encountered (with the monocycle schematic). It’s interesting to me that they even included one in the first place haha.
I'm imagining this as Link lost his gear so he thought "fuck it. Yiga redemption arc!" and or he pretended to be a Yiga whose only intention was to destroy the clan and get revenge on the chaos they caused the Sheikah by existing lol.
Link just strolling into the Yiga Base as "Blademaster Newguy" ready to drag the Yiga out of their Ganon worshipping ways.
"I find your lack of creativity disturbing"
Proceeds to whack a Yiga in the head with a fan, dealing 0 damage.

Honestly having a unarmed combat system in totk would have been awesome, with abilities from different groups like the yiga stone spire, some swiftness move from the rito, or some body slam from the gorons, that kind of stuff

I like to imagine that link wakes up and is just like; "you know what? I wanna bully them this time." And so he did just that.
How the tables have turned
Themed run suggestion: the Lynel only run, it’s self explanatory, you can wear the lynel mask and the barbarian pants and top. And you can only use the weapons dropped from lynels, one rule is that if you find a lynel, you either befriend it(using the lynel mask) or defeat it, or die trying.
how are you going to defeat the lynel and get its weapon with no weapons :)

@@ivespoken8902 There are four different locations in TOTK with chests that contain Savage Lynel bows, to my knowledge; one of them is in a chest in a camp by Mount Rozudo (is this the name in English? It‘s close to Hateno). Assuming this isn’t tied to internal level progression, you can probably start with this as your first weapon and then start farming Lynels, especially in the floating coliseum.
FYI: Wind Razor deals 10 base damage, but the damage from your Fused item and any weapon modifier on the Eightfold Longblade is added to the projectile's base damage.
I Love that in Totk the yigas have different fighting styles instead of just bows
Yigas did the same things in BotW actually! Nothing has changed with them

I love the Sammer Kingdom music you added in! Fits well, plus I looove SPM so I was pleasantly surprised to hear it

I would love to see you do a zonai device/engineering only run.
Imagine doing combat with small-angle pulse lasers, bee pulsers and pulse cannons while speeding through the land with a rail jet or an electric vehicle. I can confim that doing the Gerudo questline with a propeller gunship is really fun.

I beat the yiga sidequest sending Master Kogha flying. Now yiga guys show up randomly to try and kill me and I have no clue how this works.
It's purely random if I remember correctly (with some safe places like the towns)

1:23:00 You can tell how much work went into this video. During the fight, all the hits line up with the cymbals in the music.
You can actually do Colgera without any weapon durability, when he's shooting his spikes up doge them and dive through the ice and you'll hit his webbing inside and it'll count. I figured that out on one of my playthrougs.

I actually did a yiga run after my first play. It was really fun. I didn't even know there was a guy in a well. I just went to the plateau and threw stuff at the yiga until the bridge
I believe this was the first Yiga I ever saw in TotK - figured it would be a perfect way to start this run! (plus 2 easy weapons)
