After watching the first part of the vlog, I felt impelled to comment! Last year in June (for my 27th birthday) I went on carnival conquest. I’ve been once before with friends (but I didn’t have a good time) so I decided to try it again SOLO (for a few reasons). I even took it as an opportunity to vlog my experience, and the first night I cried because everyone around was with family and friends, which made me feel lonely! But after that night, it quickly turned around! I made so many friends and was never by myself . I was invited for dinner (so I didn’t have to eat alone) etc. Needless to say, I said all that because in my planning process for the trip, I was researching other cruises and found you and have been following ever since. Watching your videos inspired me to take a chance and I enjoyed how you and your friends would meet and mingle with others! (Sorry for the lengthy post 😂)

I did not have a choice last December. My cruise buddies (Mother and Husband) both passed in the last three years. I just needed to get away and so I did. It was not bad at all

Carnival is truly a fun ship. Thanks for bringing us along on your first Solo Cruise. I did it already but on NCL so I had the advantage of the solo lounge to meet other Solo Passengers and I had a blast. I am technically an introvert and enjoy being by myself however I have extrovert tendencies but mostly around carnival time. I know you will make a long-lasting friend. I have not finished watching the vlog as of yet so looking forward to viewing till the end

I highly recommend going to Tillies when in port at Grand Cayman. The food was great and beach is really pretty. They even gave us cold eucalyptus infused towels for our face and hands while we sat on their beach! ❤

Fell in love with cruising in 2004, and have been almost every year since. Best vacation value for the money. We are booked on Carnival Mardi Gras for 4/8/23. And our first overseas cruise next year. Can't wait. I tell everyone I know who hasn't cruised to give it a try and all that have, have loved it.

Great Vlog young lady. I was on the Horizon in 2019. Didn’t get the full experience re: orthopedic issues and in a scooter but it looked amazing. My scooter was parked at the Alchemy 😂. I have not gone on a solo cruise. We are usually 11 - 17 deep. I’ve flown solo but had friends waiting at the destination. I’m similar to SigCruiser. An introvert. But always meet kind folks. Thanks for sharing this experience.

it was not a solo room, I paid double occupancy for a regular interior cabin.
