For using Sample Sound, it may fall under gray area and it is better to get confirmation from Audible by writing an email to them at this email address: AudibleSupport@GroupM.com

HI Chibeze, The commission is not on the monthly subscriptions but rather just on the Free Trial Membership. This means you bring one person to them and they did sign up, you get commission for it and then you can put your efforts on getting more new customers to them.
