I think a lot of it boils down to editing too… as in, he possibly said things that had to be redacted to be able to actually be aired. Plus, these readings last typically an hour at minimum, and we only see the edited versions of at most 15-20 minutes

For those of you out there who believe that Tyler can really speak with the dead, can you explain to me why he doesn’t go to the police and offer his services to speak with dead victims of crimes? Either he knows great detail from dead people or he doesn’t. If he does know details about them, you would think that he would be able to share exactly who killed someone. This has always bothered me. If he doesn’t know details other than guessing or Googling, then he isn’t special.
He has - there's a whole show on it. Please put some effort into thinking and researching before asking questions that are self-evident, if you had spent an iota of time figuring out the answer for yourself.

I tend to agree. I've seen him seem to prod the client with his information. He can get quite upset when they don't clue into the clues he's dropping. Lol. To me, it's odd her husband didn't come through at all. I'm guessing he wouldn't attract as many viewers as Caroline Bessette Kennedy.
