- An insanely fast run through the forests of Scotland using the Audi S1 EKS RX, thanks to an awesome mod that allows the use of the rallycross cars on normal stages.
You might’ve seen this mod before but for people who haven’t it’s called the ACAT (All Cars All Tracks) mod and is available for PC players to download from Race Department.

Also codriver is rap god.
Ha yeah I thought the exact same thing to myself when making this video. Even more crazy to think that the Group B Audi Quattro was only 50bhp less powerful than this car, with not even half the technology to keep it on the track!
And yes it’s rumoured that Phil once had a rap battle with Eminem, and won 😅
not even close, it would be over saturated with retards constricting your vision, trying to touch your car, taking pictures with a constant FLASH!!! in your face every corner, locals placing false signs and putting hazards in the road for drivers they dislike, and shit being thrown at you as you pass, and the occasional pet dog strutting across the road...*nothing* will ever be like Group B again.
The funny part is that the new wrc cars are faster than the GB cars, these would be insane in a course

Dirt rally 2.0 was the first game to ever give me motion sickness. And I’ve played a bunch racing games and I’ve never gotten motion sickness. I think it’s because dirt rally 2.0 is the most realistic driving game I’ve played and ur usually driving on small roads and I guess I was just concentrating really hard. This game gave me actual motion sickness like I was driving a real car

@@Storm_RX Thank you dude! I played it a little yesterday and I actually didnt do so bad! It is still tough but I actually am handling the physics of it quite well. I can't wait to see what else the game has to offer but so far this is by far my favorite racing game.

Still 100 times better than WRC Generations. I really hope Codemasters get the WRC license for Dirt Rally 3.0. Imagine the classic cars with real life classic liveries and the current WRC roster and rallies with these graphics and game engine. The best rally game ever 😍😍

Haven’t used reshade but I did edit the colours a bit myself manually when editing the video, just to make them pop a bit more in places :)

maybe someday will try the mod but still makes me think those old group B cars are probably harder to drive less power but a lot less tech to compensate.

I know in Rallycross you can’t change the tires. Can you change the tires in this mod? Because it seems you’re drifting allot.
Nah you can’t in this mod either, and you also can’t do anything to the car set up, so it’s even more challenging.. 😅

how do you manage to play so well? I don't know and it's because of the Ps5 console, but I don't think there's a configuration for the g29 that stabilizes the car... I walk 10 meters and leave the road lol

Hey man. So I’ve had them for about a year now and they are still in okay condition, but some of the material on the fingers is a bit frayed, especially if it catches on the velcro of the other glove so if you were getting them I’d just be careful of that! Otherwise they are pretty great :)

Don't know why but I found it particular difficult to drive RallyX cars in rally stages (1st DiRT Rally mod)
Yeah it’s challenging in DR 2.0 as well. I think it’s just based on the ridiculous amount of power they have, so keeping control of them on a narrow track is really not easy 😅 Thanks for the comment :)

But I thought these cars dogbox manual sequential transmission only used the Clutch to launch in First gear but once you were off you didnt need to? But I do notice you using it to downshift and what not. I guess Im playing it with some setting disabled or something? (Definitely not a car buff here so forgive me lol)
No you are correct Sir! 👍 I think it’s just force of habit for me sometimes when I do a handbrake turn to kick the clutch, don’t even realise I’m doing it most of the time 😅 So nothing more than just muscle memory from driving manual h-pattern, but it isn’t actually needed 😆
...and to think Group S would replace Group B, and its basically a LeMans Prototype with 4WD and Rally Tyres

I sometimes drive in this view for videos so people can see the car being driven, so for this one I was actually driving in chase cam 👍

Hi mate. Was running pretty much everything on ultra here, with a couple of the heavy resource settings on high. No reshade but I did adjust some of the contrast/colours etc when I was editing the video 👍

It’s just the sequential mode adapter that comes with the shifter :)

@@Storm_RX it's an 2004 rally sim, Richard Burns Rally, that had a physics engine so good it was kept up to date to this day by the community ! Thousands of mods, hundreds of stages and cars, various modded launchers, the only problem is the old graphics and poor codriver program (but it got some mods to correct it hehe)
It has a steeper learning curve than dirt rally though
