You guys should react to the show Lego Ninjago. It’s very similar to Avatar the Last Airbender and I think yall would enjoy it very much. I’d love to see that
I always thought Nobara’s motive for coming to Jujutsu High was rather queer-coded. Like, a minor change, and Saori’s story could very easily be the story of a kid who moved to a small town, only to be driven out of town by the hatred they faced after being outed as gay. So I guess… Nobara’s comment that, yeah, she was willing to risk her life if it was the only way she could afford to live in the city-because she would be “as good as dead” if she had to stay in a place where she couldn’t be “true to herself”- I don’t know. It just feels like the sort of goal a queer kid living in a conservative town would have-especially having seen her neighbors drive away the person she looked up to most, knowing exactly the kind of harassment/hate crimes her neighbors were capable of in their close-mindedness.
Nobara's dub va did justice to the character. Some moments were little off . Yuji's va is good and almost good as the sub.so try watching this in the original language, not every animes dub is good so watch and make a comparison between sub or dub and either i don't mind either i 'll watch in any language but next time next anime try to watch with it in Japanese.
The only good dub is gojo man. Others are nowhere near the sub honestly. Every time they start a new show it really pains me that they always do it dub
@@ForthwithJackal yo that's a lame excuse bro. I too was a dub person bro because I started watching anime 3 years ago and i only know dbz which I watched in my childhood days. So after watching it in dub some lines were not right and the dialogues were cringey. So later year after watching one piece I totally understand what was missing. After spending a little time watching sub we will get use to it. So now I don't care if it's dub or the sub. Now I don't have a language problem I watch in any language. But only few dubs released show the quality of the Japanese one. Bleach, naruto and death note, dbz have a very good dub . @@gorkemucar3312 yeah bro gojo va is very good sukuna va and yuji's va also did a very good job comparing to og. Sukuna 's dub va is on fire on next season but it's brutaly underrated lol☹️.
I need to say that the Dub is not doing Nobara Justice, in the Sub Itadori has a lot of Naive Goofiness and Nobara just matches that but here in the DUB it sounds almost malicious.
She is just as hostile in the sub, Nobara in general uses a crass and harsh tone in the beginning when they meet. She uses it later as well with other people she doesn't like. Unless you are randomly talking about the later scene where she talks about them being even, in which case thats on them for overthinking things which would be present regardless.
@@In-The-Zone i in general do not talk about later episodes when commenting and I said what i meant, her sub sounds way more playful even if she is pretty harsh with the words she uses, the dub does not sound like that to me.
Is it just me or does this show feel really different in English? I feel like the gags with Nobara and Yuji are kind of just flopping. They are really fun in the original audio
Maybe u guys need to watch it in sub version the comedy and timing is way off in dub version feels very wierd. That why u guys feel way off about the tone of each scenes
The sub is just as bad with the mixed tone, especially in season 1 and early season 2. It's an issue with the pacing of the entire show before Shibuya, it just jumps from one thing to another while barely giving you room to breath.

Definitely recommend the blu ray version of season 2 ep 17 when you get there!!
Can't wait for them to meet best boy, patch face 😏
Guys if they want to watch the dub, let them. It's the same experience.
The confusion will keep coming haha. Another show that is confusing but is also 100/10 is Doctor Who. Please react to it
Nobara daughter!!
Good Episode
You guys should react to the show Lego Ninjago. It’s very similar to Avatar the Last Airbender and I think yall would enjoy it very much. I’d love to see that
I always thought Nobara’s motive for coming to Jujutsu High was rather queer-coded.
Like, a minor change, and Saori’s story could very easily be the story of a kid who moved to a small town, only to be driven out of town by the hatred they faced after being outed as gay.
So I guess… Nobara’s comment that, yeah, she was willing to risk her life if it was the only way she could afford to live in the city-because she would be “as good as dead” if she had to stay in a place where she couldn’t be “true to herself”-
I don’t know.
It just feels like the sort of goal a queer kid living in a conservative town would have-especially having seen her neighbors drive away the person she looked up to most, knowing exactly the kind of harassment/hate crimes her neighbors were capable of in their close-mindedness.
If this opening is in your top 3, I think you haven't seen enough anime. There are better openings than this in my opinion 😄
Gojo wears the blindfold for the looks 😁 jk theres more to it.. it involves his power set and obviously his eyes 👀
Start doing at least 2 episodes per week.
As I recall, they both have auditory processing issues, at least when also trying to film a reaction, so sub isn't a viable option for them.
So i was saying to them about comparing the sub and the dub by this they will get an idea. Demon slayer dub they watched was terrible ☹️. It felt like a very fake reaction
@@gorkemucar3312 yeah bro gojo va is very good sukuna va and yuji's va also did a very good job comparing to og. Sukuna 's dub va is on fire on next season but it's brutaly underrated lol☹️.
Why are you watching previews? Also the story is set in 2018
They were confused and thought they were still watching the after credit scene
what is her deal ?? she is a strong woman
Only two characters have more raw strength than Yuji in the entire series. Now imagine adding Cursed Energy Reinforcement on top of that.
Really? Is it maki and Toji?
@@kyroking9934 Yes, he was stronger than pre- Shibuya Maki as well.
React to Assassination Classroom
Watch monster ( 2004)
I'd be fine with them deciding to watch monster in 2024
@@thegrandwombat8797 what do you mean
Nobara just don’t like men
Yeah, very funny...
Let it go
@@BuchMusikHybrid i completely agree with the tone and portrayal being slightly off in the dub :(
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEE REACT TO WINX CLUBBBBBBB😭❤️❤️❤️❤️
Is it just me or does this show feel really different in English? I feel like the gags with Nobara and Yuji are kind of just flopping. They are really fun in the original audio
agreed! this is my first time hearing the dub and i was lost
cool
Honestly never been much of a fan of the way the dub words things, I've always found it just confuses people
They are curses, not demons.
Wish you would watch sub jjk because it is way better than dub XD
Nobra is one of my favorites characters but now with this dub i don't know anymore.
I didn't know the Dub for JJk was this bad. The timing of delivery feels so off
Man!! English va is realllllyyyy bad!😅
20:01 it’s cringe but I promise you it wasn’t this cringe in Japanese dub
Never gonna happen
Maybe u guys need to watch it in sub version the comedy and timing is way off in dub version feels very wierd. That why u guys feel way off about the tone of each scenes
The sub is just as bad with the mixed tone, especially in season 1 and early season 2. It's an issue with the pacing of the entire show before Shibuya, it just jumps from one thing to another while barely giving you room to breath.
@@tortoiseoflegends4466 u must be tripping to say sub version is mixed tone. Dub is horrible and makes it feel super slow the emotions and tone on each voice actor it's feels like they speaking like it is easier for toddlers to understand.
@@karthiiraja17 The sub is better but it's still a problem. And like I said it's not just the voice acting, the dialogue is ADHD and the pacing is all over the place which makes the tone all weird.
@@karthiiraja17 ffs how many times must this be said, THEY HAVE AUDITORY ISSUES!!!!!
@@daurydavis3983 what kind of auditory issue (like APD?) Does both of em have it? I know what APD doesnt doing the dub version increase it. Sub version can minimize APD coz u gonna read of the stuff in sub anyway.
In my opinion sub makes the show more fun since the jokes hit hard
Some people prefer dub cuz they find it hard to read subtitles all the time.
@@wardaddy7216BOOM! Exactly
@@wardaddy7216 sounds like a lazy excuse to be honest
@@karthiiraja17 Nah makes sense cuz people wanna focus on the animation and not read while the action is happening.
@@wardaddy7216 got it they are normies but season 2 is gonna have a lot of information to be thrown at u. I believe Montana is gonna struggle anyway even in dubbed version
jjk is so weird when dobeded
Dub?
I feel like watching it in dub feels like throwing half of the show away... I know you have issues about that but you should really try some time
Stop trying to force it
The dub is so bad , man. Especially that Yuji & Nobara conversation.
Than watch the sub version yourself
Too bad?
The english dub is annoying why not hear Japanese nd with english subtitle
Okay i am not liking the jjk dub 😮
Why dub??
You are missing a lot of things when you talk, you can pause you know
Soon she won't be
TRUMP 2024🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
this dub is just so terrible damn
Trash anime
