Camila's voice has a particular dryness that actually sounds really pleasant in music. Not like every other vtuber with such a clean and smooth high register. It's a pleasant dryness that feels inherently unique to her. And I think that's awesome! I love little vocal characteristics like that.
Even though Evil and Neuro are different entities, they are still part of the Greater Neuro Network (The AIs that cover singing, gaming and chatting working together as Neuro). Neuro Prime essentially has the ability to activate her Evil code.
