Now 2mos na ako at nakkaatuwa na 15lbs na nabawas ko👏👏👏 normal na sugar at BP ko at nawala na din mga sakit sa katawan. From 160lbs now 145lbs nalang. Sana makaya ko ang 130lbs na weight goal..🙏😅💪
