Just an FYI. I believe there’s a hidden miniature micro car in the van. I remember my brother shaking the van when we were little and the miniature micro car popped out.
I really enjoyed this video! It brought back some great memories. There were so many little flaws such as the ridiculously steep hills and roads that didn’t really connect to anything. However, that didn’t matter because you could use your imagination. I remember making a load of little signs and crash barriers to create a street racing circuit. Great video and I appreciated the sound effects.
I've still got mine from when I was younger, and I still have about 150 Micro Machines. I was really interested (and secretly still am interested) in collecting the semi trucks when I was younger too, so my drag strip ended up seeing a lot of semi truck drag races!
I had this, santa brought it to me, I remember it was just plain white inside and there was like 18 sheets of stickers, took my dad hours to get all the stickers on for me.
You are so right because the service station and all the places for the cars didn't have no stickers you had to put them on yourself I just remembered that

I had the purple '69 Camaro, green '67 Camaro conv, and red '69 GTO you show here, but also had a black '78-79 Trans Am and one other one in that set that I can't seem to recall. It wasn't the gold C2 you have there 😉
I found one of these at a flee market in decent condition and it was only for 10 whole dollars. I bought that right before anyone got a glance at it. It had most of the pieces but it's missing some but I'm not to worried about it. PS awesome sound effects😂😂😂
This video is amazing. I miss my super van city 😞 Who put yours together? The stickers were all crooked on mine and quickly picked up cat hair and carpet lint. Mine would have never survived the test of time that yours did. 😢
My dad helped with the stickers, back in the day. Yeah its no fun if the stickers are miss aligned. Mine's not in perfect shape. It doesn't fold that easy. The sides are tricky to match up.

One thing I can't figure out is on top of the police station. As far as I can remember, mine never had any buttons on top, but it appears to have a speaker vent and spot for two buttons. The one you have here looks like the same issue! What was the purpose of that?
I noticed many of my toys slowly disappearing when I was young. Suspecting my parents were throwing them away when I wasn't looking, I made sure to hide my favorites such as my micro machines. I still have my micro machines to this day, but some toys have been left behind stashed above the air vents in the basement. I wonder if they are still there.

They do make tiny hotwheels but they are really small smaller then micro machines.

I got this for my son when he was little and he loved it. The only bad thing is that the back part wouldn't snap into the closed position.
Yes the sides are some what hard to open/close when all the sides are together. But I think it worked better when it was new.

I always wondered the same thing. It looks like it was designed to have sound with buttons. I assume cost cutting at the last minute. A shame.

Yes it doesn't fold well and the latches don't like to work well. Not to mention the cars cant drive over the seams in the road.
