You can beat up the bad guy characters and discover them, then it will allow you to play as them. Sadly you can't play as Axl though (You unlock Axl by giving him meat)

For the bad guys you need to beat them up to unlock them. The good guys you need to complete one quest each.

Zebra Gamer u can unlock a nexo nights vehicle but u need to buy the sets and in the instructions there is a code
