Police officer Hooks the timid voiced black female officer had me laughing hysterically in the theater when she'd talk timidly at first and then started roaring like a lion when she got excited. Priceless! 🤣
I love the police academy movies even if someone thinks they are stupid. These movies have always made me laugh. If I have a bad day, I just pop in police academy and I laugh my ass off.
Hightower sure gave that suitcase a great send off. Bubba Smith was great to see in the police academy movies. R.I.P. Bubba Smith. Also Jones had a great time with his noises he could make. Great movie 👍.

When I was in college and a police recruit for my hometown police department and afterwards while in grad school, my equally soft spoken friend and I were always compared to Hooks! Especially this scene beginning at 1:15. 🤣🤣🤣. I injured myself and had to withdraw from the academy. My being very petite didn’t help! A great compliment, however, to the wonderful Marion Ramsey for her wonder comedic acting that made this one if the best scenes in Hollywood history!
