If you're 25 or 30, you should never be depressed or anxious about your life. Keep in mind that most 'successful' older people would gladly give up all their wealth and success for the ability to be as young as you again, even if it meant having nothing.

Never be depressed or anxious about life? A lot of people in that range suffer from multiple mental illnesses or have no future prospects. Hard to be happy bud.

This is your most relatable video yet :(, especially with the concert. I went to one recently and I felt very similar to Wojak. I found myself not enjoying it all. The drunks, loud people, etc. The music was ok but at the same time I wish I wasn't even there and somewhere else. 😐.
Going out is overrated. What do you even do there? Drink,listening to loud noise etc. Just learn more about investing,crypto etc. Way better and definitely more useful.

I survived into being older by three basic philosophies.
1. Don't ever be your own enemy. Don't do counterproductive things to yourself e.g. sloppy money usage and drugs.
2. Don't be spoiled. You probably don't think you are because you don't know the kinds of hell others have gone through in this world. Learn history and geography if you have to. The reality is that most people have had to go through drudgery all their lives the like of which you cannot imagine.
3. This one took me too long to learn: stop complaining about problems and look at problems as purposes for you to exist. A problem can be a job opportunity, a way to make yourself feel better in learning how to help others with it, or you can at least soul-search to see if you are loving to hate it-and finally purging it from your life is more easy than you thought.

Don't forget, most people pretend to be successful but in reality they're not.
Plus comparison is the thief of joy. Being grateful for what we have helps against that.

My friend's mother is always belittling and slagging him off. She'll call him a no hoper, useless and dumb. 20 years later, he's still slogging at his job without a care in the world. He would spend most of his time in the pub or the library after work. His mother asked him if he'd found a partner, because she wanted grandchildren. He angrily told her that she wanted him to be, "useless and dumb" so he's gonna stay that way!

Probably because it's the toughest and most overwhelming period of our lives when we have to support our wife,kids,parents,inlaws,jobs etc. Having a good night sleep, time management, help from others, delegating, quiet quitting/vacation here and there might help relieve some of the load.
