sad to hear about no more PR content 😢 is there any reason you don't find PR enjoyable right now? and what do you think of PR after the balance patches? great video as always ❤
DPS PR's biggest cons are the lack of ignore defense and long skill cooldown. Even after the latest buffs, she still has the issues above. Indeed, PR has insane damage against large bosses. But she struggles with small enemies, especially when most of the end game bosses have high defense. In striker party (4 man party), there's no enough defense shred for PR to DPS properly except few, high defense shred party comp. In post-Monatera dungeons, PR also faces the same issue. What makes the situation worse is her long skill cooldown. Even with cerulean Tenebrous armors, she still has cd issue as it's impossible to expect Lyrical Flow's cooldown would be reset. Lyrical Flow contributes most of the damage for PR. So if PR wants to deal great DPS, she must have extra CDA buffers. In NA server, it's quite hard to find a party with both high defense shred and CDA for PR. So I did not enjoy DPS PR as much as before as I often needed to cope with high defense enemies and low/ no extra CDA.
Support PR after buffs has become better than before. However, she's still considered an "inferior" support because she has no heal nor freeze. In Abyss, Challenge or 19-3, people usually prefer healers to PR. Her competitiveness in the support market is just worse than the magical healers.
However, PR performs really well in 6 man party. In Berthe Raid and 19-4, PR is a really good class no matter she is a DPS or a support. The new raid will return to 6 man party again according to KOG. So there's chance PR's status will improve in the future, which I hope will come true.
2:20 the mining intensifies!
Nice run~
