Chef Makoto Opens New Restaurant in Vail

There’s a new upscale Sushi restaurant in Vail. It’s named Makoto after its chef Makoto Okuwa who is a James Beard award winner and has been featured on iron Chef America.The new restaurant opened up with a bang this winter at the Grand Hyatt Vail after months of preparation.
