I was wondering. Can one also use mica powders for this tecnic?
I used glossy accents and it didn’t lay down smooth on my card stock - the card stock was not smooth, I wonder if that was the problem
Will Pearl-Ex pigment powder work in place of the Perfect Pearls? I have loads of colors of those from years ago.
