I don't think it's weird. For me it's pretty normal. I like to know the meaning of the song, and even if melody is good I see the song in a different way, when I know what he's singing. It's not that I don't like it anymore, I just like it less than before. I guess I cannot explain it.
I think it's a nice song. The chorus is just wow, and the lyrics are sweet when you think of how JJY has moved around all the time and kept breaking up with girls because of it... it feels like he's just happy to be in the same place as this one girl, and like it's so surreal to him because he kept wanting it and can't believe it happened. The relentless repetition of "it's like a dream but not a lie" would make sense that way, if he was almost trying to convince himself.

So...when I wrote this comment I'd thought JJY wrote all his songs and stuff but now I realize he made Teenager's whole tracklist and that single from Pretty Man but for this he was only involved in Missed Phone Call and Take Off Mask. Nonetheless it is a nice song, and JJY's voice gave it a good lift from being mediocre to being quite lovely. I hope you still enjoy this song because it doesn't take away from the meaning to know that someone else wrote it.
