Sir its hydraulic press as well cutting for PS foam thermoforming machine schematic. The main cylinder have four ports the DG20A and DG25B only for up and down motion with specific speed setting. Tnormally During main cylinder at down direction the check valve help as prefill valve while the DG20A port tends to down the cylinder and the DG25B as tank line. When the main cylinder reach down to the cutting position the DG20E port provide high pressure for cutting the sheet after foam forming.
