I was in the same boat. I had seen a couple RV videos and I was like "That's kinda cute and catchy", but they didn't really click with me at the time. Then I stumbled upon Peek A Boo (love that video) and Bad Boy and it was "Hold on, there's really something here". After that I started watching their other videos and now they are one of my top 3 favorite groups. I will admit I prefer their Velvet side but their Red side has really grown on me.

I'm kinda late to the party lol but Red Flavor's placement definitely made me happy because I heard it right when it came out and it made me start liking more pop style girl groups instead of girl crush and opened my eyes to stuff like bubblegum kpop and more cutesy concepts and I will forever love it for that
Be Natural was iconic though, the only time a title track (actually, a single) for a group of SM had another band's singer, from the opposite gender. I think it should've had more vocal performance along with the others not just Wendy, but the rap line does effect the song well because it brings an opposite gender vocal performance, switches from high notes to low, calmly voices. Sappy: I just love how the vocals were used in the song.
Be natural: Bring on TY track! Again the usage of vocals!!
Happiness: I love the unique style, and rapping was great in it.
OOTN: When I first heard it I thought it was a Disney song, and I don't know I felt it in my soul.
Umpah Umpah: Catchy song, Cathy dance.
Power Up: The Queen of Catchy songs, and the music video was so addicting to watch.

I'm kinda late to the party lol but Red Flavor's placement definitely made me happy because I heard it right when it came out and it made me start liking more pop style girl groups instead of girl crush and opened my eyes to stuff like bubblegum kpop and more cutesy concepts and I will forever love it for that

Be Natural was iconic though, the only time a title track (actually, a single) for a group of SM had another band's singer, from the opposite gender. I think it should've had more vocal performance along with the others not just Wendy, but the rap line does effect the song well because it brings an opposite gender vocal performance, switches from high notes to low, calmly voices. It's great

I think Russian Roulette us my favourite RV song of all time. It's so iconic and just really stands out with the dance, the outfits, the concept, *just everything.*
My favorites are Ice cream cake, Bad boy and Rookie, but I like pretty much all of their title songs

When I first heard umpah umpah I wasn't into it right away but the vocals stuck in my head and I found myself going back in for a relisten and highly enjoying the vocal melody of the song. So when I'm in a happy mood I got back to it.
For me my favorite red velvet songs are definitely ice cream cake, red flavor and bad boy followed by zimzalabim and umpah umpah. But i really like your list too :)

Red flavor is the song that actually got me into red velvet because I heard it in the show love alarm and I was trying to figure out what song it was because I loved it and I ended up figuring out that it was by red velvet and I listened to more of their songs and now they’re my second favorite group

Red Flavour will always be a top fav for me because not only can I still not to it, but it's also the 1st Kpop song I listened to (I don't count PSY and Gagnum style [spelling might be off on that] cause I never liked the song and was just forced to listen to it because of how big it was). Red Velvet’s discography is so hard to rank, it’s just so damn flawless. It was interesting to see a ranking from another person who doesn’t love the r&b style as much, I always feel bad ranking Automatic and Bad Boy lower because of it. Great list!
