In this video, I'm going to be testing RT out to see if he's worth upgrading and unlocking! I'll compare him to other Chromatic Brawlers and rank his damage, survivability, utility, and user-friendliness. We'll be able to answer whether or not RT is worth it!

I've honestly said this like 80 times
Some RT things to remember:
1. His super makes you faster while split.
2. Each part can regenerate on its own (so health gear is a must).
3. You can body block for yourself while split, letting the other part regenerate and thus having tons of health.
4. You sometimes could leave your bottom half in a safe place and go roaming with fast speed, as his super is easy to recharge and therefore you could teleport to safety easily when done great.
I believe all of this points could be thought while KT was playing him (he usually gets so excited he forgets gadgets, starpowers, or mechanics when playing new brawlers)

Hey Kairos I wanted to suggest an idea so that you could still do challenges for unlocking brawlers (chromatic in my case)
What I was thinking was that you could do this like a board game, you can perform several small challenges, and for each success in a challenge you move up 1 tier in the Brawl Pass
If you manage to get to the chromatic brawler with the challenges, you win
Otherwise, you might be handicapped (but that part could be up to you)
I would be curious to know what you think of this, because I always loved your unboxing challenges and I think this could be a good way to bring back these challenges
Hey, that sounds like fun, and that would actually bring back one of the series that I think people like the most. I mean, even though it personally hurt me to see Kairos suffer, it was somehow always funny (and sooooo satisfying to see him unlock the brawler he wanted), and I found myself even wondering what the next unboxing challenge would be. I kinda like this idea tbh, cause that wouldn't cause him physical (stomach) pain or disgust like previous unboxing challenges did, and it also seem really funny. It would bring back the challenge, and I'm pretty sure kairos would have fun too. At least I hope

Even then he can still eat stuff whenever he claims a reward or upgrades the brawler etc.
Something to know is that RT’s mark doesn’t increase the next instance of damage by a percentage it actually just deals his attack damage again. You can test this by comparing the ult when it hits a marked and unmarked target, the increase in damage isn’t double its actually just the same as his main attack.
Yeah what people don't realize is; the damage nerf he got was also an indirect nerf to his mark damage
If you paid attention, in the second power league game the Barley already had RT because he could swap with Kairos

The mark adds damage to the projectile damage, it doesn't double the damage . the additional damage is rt s base non marked damage which is 1050 at max level

But all content creators said that he boosts damage by 100% and 80% for teammates. That is just straight up op, imagine bea dealing 6800ish damage, it can one shot most brawlers in the game

im surprised RT marks enemies again when attacking an already marked enemy. Changing it so RT doesnt mark an already marked enemy would go a long way in balancing him, imo
EDIT: Just realized the mark is not consumed on hit, it just stays there. Forget everything I said there. Just nerf his super damage and it should be fine

The whole point of His super is that you should not be next to him. Nerfing it would make no sense.

6:46 - I can’t watch that moment enough. I haven’t unlocked R-T yet but I’ve played him in practice matches and that double attack is amazing. I have a feeling it’ll get nerfed pretty quickly similar to how Lola’s super got nerfed (It does less damage when both halves are close to each other). I hate that the base station is so easily killed when you separate, but I can’t think of a better solution.
the mark damage isnt actually double damage. It turns out that it just deals RT's base damage again, hence why it feels like double damage

They should definitely make it so R.T charges his second super when near his main body
They need to start releasing both gadgets and star powers for new releases, before that it was rng it was more understandable, but now that we have to use gold to buy the stuff, I'd rather be able to buy what I want, and not have to take the weaker option just because there's nothing else.
I will give it to Supercell that making so brawlers only have one gadget at release is what got me to try Grey's cane and made me realize its actually amazing, but i would prefer to have both choices from the start
I feel like RT will counter many brawlers like piper or Darryl but will also be countered a lot by brawlers like dynamite and long range brawlers

Hey Kairos, I'd like to have your thoughts on what I think is an issue in Brawl Stars at the moment. I'll be posting this around a little in hopes of you eventually reading this.
I'm really enjoying the latest update which introduced Masteries into the game. For the first time in a while, I'm actually really excited to push Brawlers! (for a gauge, I have no Rank 25 Brawlers despite being at 33k trophies)
However, an issue I think that has been running under the radar in Brawl Stars has since been exacerbated due to the recent increased incentive to push Brawlers. What I'm talking about is maps. The map pool is just too random and not very well thought through. I feel like, too many times when I want to push particular Brawlers, the map pool is simply too unfavourable for that to happen. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way; we all know how much of a headache it is.
In addition to that, some maps in the game are completely unplayable. I won't be pointing any fingers but some maps literally look like it has randomly drawn out of Map Maker. I think a better system for picking out of the community maps could do some good. Maybe a Pro Map Maker or something like that would be interesting.
Also, one last thing: unbreakable walls! The meta has been completely turned upside down from it alone and I don't know if I like it. Perhaps I just need time to get used to it but unbreakable walls definitely feels out of place as of now. What are your thoughts on it?

Oh and, I think a good idea to improve unbreakable walls is to make them...semi-breakable. What I mean is have it break only after being hit by 2 or 3 supers, instead of making it completely unbreakable.

At this point I'm not even shocked that he got nerfed, he did seem too op. I'm still buying the brawl pass tho
imo what should have been nerfed was his mechanic, because 2x more dmg sounds way too unfair even for a single shot

I just realized how good Rt can be to pinch down brawlers with his super. Place the legs on one side of the wall and pursue the enemy with the main body. Especially with the star power that gives dmg reduction on the legs.

For future unlocking challenges you should play matches and it u win u get to gem a teir towards the brawler and if you loose the match u have to do a punishment

You should do the unbox challenge but in a 0 to 500 push and every loss you have to do what you wouldve done in an unboxing video
i feel like crow and byron are gonna be really good with rt since their damage over time will activate the rt extra damage stack
I have rt myself thx to someone and i used him in pl all the way to legendary 1 from day 1 reset of m2 and got him all the way to silver 1 mastery
I can safely say hes very broken bcs of synergy he has with certain brawlers such as tick grom gene max otis to a lesser extent colt amber bo lola pam and multi hit tanks like buzz sam darryl
Bcs of hes mark any brawler that doesnt have 1 big single shot gets to deal easy chip dmg
Also hes super shreds any tank that approaches him as he can 3 tap a frank up close
My favourite gear build on him is speed health

Pretty soon. People are going to realize not to get too close to him when he has a supper or he’s near his lower half. His mark might need to be nerfed a little. but people just need to get used to his mechanics.

I have a lot of questions about R-T...here are some :
Can he mark enemies while they are invincible ?
What happens when Otis mutes his legs ?
And can he be at two Zones at the same times and make the progress bar go up for the two ?
Can the legs get knock-back ?
Do they jump when put on a jump pad ? Teleport when put on a teleporter ?
Can healers heal his legs ?
If his legs get stunned (like with Frank super)/poisoned/slowed and his heads come back, are you still stunned/poisoned/slowed ?
Is there a limit of how far you have to be from your legs to teleport ?
Can his legs pick up items ? (like Colonel Ruffs power up) And if so, what happens when his head comes back ?
And last, can Willow take control of his legs ?...
I would really like to get answers to these questions if anyone has R-T, obviously the last one can't be answered yet ig.

2. Nothing happens to the head and you can even still attack and use gadgets. Its treated like a pet.
3.No, its treated like a pet (like jessie turret or nita bear) so it doesn't add percentage in hot zone or pick up gems
4. His legs do get knocked back im pretty sure
5. Ye the legs can jump and even attack in the air as long as the head is on the ground
6. No, Byron's attacks just go through
7. No you're not stunned, because to the game The legs die and R-T just goes to the same location his legs were. Stuns and poisons go away. But if his head was slowed or poisoned then it'll keep poisoning (needs checking)

I got RT at 4am day 1... he's really underwhelming alone, but with a strategy me and my pal used I was able to cruise through KO with a 90% win rate. RT paired with a flash cannon like Piper or Mandy was really good, with RT sacrificing/running forward to get tags and then Piper shot + gadget was always enough to finish them off. But, I only have him at 300 so as I get better with him I hope he feels better!

I hate that you have to wait another season to get a chromatic brawler from December. I just got Buster. The only way for me to get Mandy is that I master 7 chromatic brawlers because I would have 800 chroma credits by the end of the season. It's gonna be a Grindy season for me so wish me luck. I'm also getting this battlepass because I've been saving up gems.

RT still needs a nerf. He completely counters brawlers like mortis, leon and any other aggro as long as you have super. He needs a similar nerfs like Lola's Ego back then, which is reducing super damage by half when you are near the turret

Omg I just realised Dynomike and any thrower (especially him since he's the strongest one yet if you got some skill) is a big counter to RT and basically in this meta RT would be nothing if the enemy has dynomike and any thrower, after the unbreakable walls dynomike really became OP with all the other throwers I think they need to nerf his DMG a little

It feels unfair that his attack is essentially the same as Belle's super. If it really is going to be like this I feel like the damage boost has to be a lot lower than it is now, or they have to buff Belle to match.
Well technically belle’s one lasts forever… but u are right 100% is too much, maybe 50%

Decrease the mark damage and increase base damage
Facts - Tips for R-T :
(1): His legs, can actually *heal*
(2): When you hit your second attack (marked) he deal *2x damage*
(3): R-T's battle pass is actually the second *best* one.
Tips:
(1): R-T counters are actually throwers, try to avoid them! (Or have a teammate who can break walls,except if they are unbreakable)
(2): *Never* put your legs in a bad position, *always* in the back of the map, they were *not* made for offence.
(3): When playing competitive R-T must pick rangers in his lane.
