Sumin and Nahyun are just naturally skinny like Dara from 2NE1. And Nahyun eats the most so she probably has a pretty fast metabolism. They're all skinny, but not sticks and bones skinniness that doesn't match their body types. They're healthy skinny. And they all have great thighs.
