I have been looking at the whole issue of timers - section, overlap, end section - just recently and thinking that is an issue which would be a good subject. I will see what I can do.
Not yet in UK but it has been implemented in Europe I understand. You have to be aware that an error in the balise group will not be reported to the RBC so extra maintenance checks may be needed.

Is Patrick's clever solution in operation?
