Sir, in indian 33kv system (earthing by grounding transformer) why 42 kv class LIGHTNING ARRESTEE used ? Whearas in 132 kv system ( effective grounding) 120 KV class LIGHTNING ARRESTER USED ?

sir how there is no arcing grounds in this case. here still there is fault current flowing through the neutral and if the fault is cleared there will be change in inductive current from If to Icb , hence causing large voltage across the capacitor and thus arc restrikes. so how does this grounding prevent arc to restrike

here little doubt rise ..regarding inductive circuit ...how it create there ,due that fault current lag ,capacitive fault current lead both are 180 so nullify...inductive circuit concept little doubt ..pls clarify sir ? or some one... thanks
