I've had severe panic attacks for 17 years. I know a lot of people know
this already, but for those that don't. While listening to this, or even
just in silence. Do your best to clear your mind. Visualize yourself
somewhere that you feel safe. I prefer a forest clearing myself. Breathe
deeply, but not too deep. Try to go with something that feels natural,
in for around 3-4 seconds works best for me, then hold for 1-2 seconds,
then out slowly for 3-4 seconds. Try and let your mind flow instead of
getting trapped in any one thought for too long. Try and relax yourself
starting at your feet, moving up slowly when you relax there to the next
muscles. It always passes. I know, trust me. in the moment it seems
like it won't. I still feel like it won't when I get them, but force
yourself to remember that it will pass. I hope this helps even one
person. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy and I'm not going to try
and sell some program. Just at least give what I typed a try, what have
    you got to lose.

As my psychologist said, the goal is not to stop panic attack, but to get through it and every time try to do different things, so you can find what makes you easier to get through it, because the attack stops itself, you just need to figure out how not to put gasoline to the fire, so that would get harder to endure.

I suffer from panic syndrome with lots of panic attacks and a high level of overall almost constant anxiety. It comes and goes in periods. Had it since I was a kid. Now I've had a rough time for about 3 years. I've been coming back to this clip for a few years now for comfort and relief. It often does help me. So thank you creator whoever you are for this. I'm taking cognitive behavioural therapy now for the first time. If I can't get rid of all anxiety maybe at least I can get better at controlling it and live with it and eventually find peace in this life. To all you out there in this world suffering from this horrible burden. Know that you are not alone and that you can get through this, even though it feels like that is not a possibility. It will get better.

Guys. Anyone who have Anxiety Attack. Belive me you can do 2 things to make it go away.
1- if you are alone or no one is with you and you are having an anxiety attack stand up RUN while ur in the same place. Keep running let the blood go to the muscles.
2- if you are outside or with people. You can't just get up and run lol. Then try to flex ur big muscles ' Chest muscles '- back muscles. Thighs. Any big muscles. Let the blood rush to the muscles.
It helped me so much! Works everytime with me.
And yeah. Do Psoas muscle yoga. Its changed my life.
    Sorry for my bad English.
I hope that one day we all just forget about the anxiety attack ..

i remember one night i was just petting my cat and i just started getting a panic attack. it was the worst. i was numb, and shaking badly, tears were rolling down my face. my mom started talking and asking me questions about who i was and where i am at. i called my dad and asked him about what to do (he too experienced a panic attack many times) but i was still very scared. my mom got a pillow and blanket and put me down and played this music. it helped me a lot. i know this sounds really cheesy, but this literally saved me.

I’ve had anxiety for years, the first year was specially awful because I had panic attacks every single day. I eventually learned how to control the panic attacks at least. I thought I had it under control until recently when I started experiencing physical symptoms and my panic attacks became hard to control again. I’ve had a bunch of medical tests done and all come back normal. It’s hard to accept that I’m not sick when I feel sick. Today I had the worst panic attack I’ve had in a long time, and this music helped me stay calm after.Thank you for sharing it. Finally went to the doctor and he checked my thyroid. It was extremely low and he said that was the root cause of my panic. Got on Synthroid to regulate my thyroid and the panic attacks were gone within a few weeks of taking it. I still have anxiety once in awhile if I feel sick. This eases it alot!

Herbal teas such as Chamomile will help, 25 minute walks a day. Blue berries and bananas are scientifically known to lower the stress hormone. Humming with this kind of music, yoga and meditation ALL help. To enhance results even more read 'The untethered soul' or 'A new earth' Those books can change your thinking for ever. There is a way out, trust me. You're just not getting the right information or stepping out of the comfort zone the anxiety is holding on you, you are not anxiety and you will make it through and there will be a time where you will be free from it forever because you've trained yourself out of it and found what works for you.

its funny. everytime I get the panic attack I know that it comes from my negative thoughts. So the idea was to catch those negative thoughts, to hug them...and maybe to hug the fear we feel too, but then I realised that I could not catch it, as they are not real. My question is: what is the purpose to fear something I can't feel nor touch? I am afraid of my thoughts? Are thoughts real? No :) Is my fear real? No!!! Then it makes me smile :))

I'm wishing the best for everyone out there who deal with panic attacks, paranoia and health anxiety, I know it's such a hard thing to deal with but remember you aren't alone! We're going to get through this, we will all be okay. Breathe, close your eyes, hug a loved one or pet if you can, and remember you're safe. It's going to be okay, you're going to be okay.

if you havent done so check your vitamin levels. i was agorophobic for 3 months, terrified of sleeping and had severe panic attacks a few times a week. was fired from numerous jobs because i just couldnt go and i felt hopeless. finally a doc checked my vitamin levels and i was extremely deficient in vitamin d and magnesium. started supplementing and doing some kind of 30 minute excercises 4 to 5 days a week and i havent had a single panic attack in over 6 months! along with my ssri and music therapy like this video i finally got my life back and im no longer afraid of living.

Nicole Burns Just started D3 5000iu and vitamin K2 100iu today and felt great but still had a panic attack but its day one so hopefully it will build up in my system over time and lessen them or stop them 😔 also take magnesium 500mg every night now, I have a very high stress job and my attacks always happen at work never at home... I feel detached from reality and get hot, sweat, and heart rate goes through the roof then the dizziness comes its debilitating..

It's been many years since I've had to use this video, things have been going great, now I feel very close to being in the state I was 4 years ago.
Whoever is reading this you need to know
    IT WILL PASS
    You're not alone
    You're not in the wrong
    You're doing a great job
    You're an amazing person
Realize your anxiety doesn't reflect who you are, anxiety is not what defines you, it's simply holding you back from becoming who you truly are meant to be, and that is an amazing and talented person. We are all talented in our own ways, some have yet to find their true talent but you have to keep digging, you'll find it. Life is only going to be as good as we make it, anxiety is a facade blocking the truth. The real you.
I've learned a lot of methods of calming myself down over the years, and I find the most effective way is to simply
    B R E A T H E.
Slowly as to not hyperventilate of course, here's how I do it:
Breathe in through your nose for 4-5 seconds (slowly), hold for 4-5 seconds, and slowly breathe out of your mouth. And repeat.
This method actually both helps with anxiety and being able to fall asleep (for me at least). I use it regularly.
Finally, I wish you the best, you deserve it. Anyone who is suffering, know you aren't alone in this battle. IT WILL PASS!

Try long, calm humming with the music at a tone you feel harmony with between you and the music and you'll feel a release. It's a way to 'cry' out anxiety from the body/mind which will take the weight off your shoulders and relieve you.

I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder when I was 10. For many years I could keep things under control, with only the occasional attack. Now at 21, I am having them again and worse than I ever had before. Nausea is my main symptom and the worst part is I can't convince myself that I'm not really sick because my anxiety can force me to be. I feel like I'm starting all over again and I don't know what to do. This video is great and I will be downloading when I get the chance. My only problem is while I'm listening I feel great but the second I turn it off and try to move on I panic again.

Shelby Cies Just have to face your fears. once you face the things your afraid of the anxiety will go away. try to embrace the fear knowing your not going to die. Your way better off just working through your problems than taking pills for it, and messing up your memory as well. Reach out to God through Jesus name, and ask him to take the fear away from you. Lifes not easy for anyone, and I think there is an underlying fear within humanity on a subconscious level at least right now. You will figure it out just takes time to work through.

When I sleep at my boyfriends, he gets up at 3am to go to work leaving me by myself at his house in the middle of the woods.
