They used to bring this movie pretty much every year for a couple of weeks that was the popularity of this epic saga & I'm talking about late 80's - early 90's. Movie still an epic that shows the longetivity of how a movie should be. Salim Javed- Ramesh Sippy the makers & all the great actors best ever. Never before a villian character was as famous as Gabbar..Amjad played many different interesting characters in his career but couldn't best his ever memorable role in this movie. 2023 will be Golden Jubilee year for this movie hope they celebrate it in a big way next year.
I saw this movie in the early eighties at the cinema. I still enjoy watching it. Amjad Khan, Helen, Hema Malini, Jalal aga, Dharmendra and Amitabh Bachchan irreplaceable performance.👏👏
