I like my XHDATA D-219 as for an inexpensive radio it has above average sensitivity with a high quality DSP chip! Thanks for your video...

yes its actually really good for that price. curious to see how it performs in comparison with the R9012
btw i have got that R1000 now :) display is only showing a 0 though and the NB doesnt work. and it turn off when you press the timer button :D so i am going to offer that guy 40-50€. if he doesnt accept i'll have to return it. sounds great though. listening to MW with the MLA30 right now and sounds as good as the panasonic rf2200.

@@VintageOils Good to hear you like the sound! The digital display is a bit of an issue, but I suppose it is possible to see the frequencies on the band spread display. You would need to use some well-known frequencies as your guide though, because the band spread is not a fixed frequency display. Mine also goes quiet when you press the timer button, I don't think that is a flaw, probably needs to be set to a certain time.

@@swlistening glad to hear the timer is not broken :) so it is just the NB and the Display that dont work.
adjusting the analog dial to a known station works really well. only have to do that once and it works on all the bands.
the broken NB is a huge bummer. i am going to offer that guy 40€. without the nb it is actually noisier than my Panasonic DR22. not really worth spending 100€ on that. but for 40 it would still be cool.

@@VintageOils I agree, I think for 40 euros this would be a great buy! Still works well enough to have fun with it.

The 9k version. The US 10k version does much better on MW.
