I don’t think there is a more “giving” plant than a foxglove. Tiny little seeds but, dear me, they self seed so easily…and everywhere! It’s all so effortless. I like to let them flower wherever they self seed because they ensure that your garden is different every year! Every year a new surprise 🤗
So relaxing isn’t it Judy! - I woke up this morning at 3.30 - the birds were singing so I went outside and joined the hedgehog that was running around. Light in the sky so everything visible. Glad you enjoyed the video. 🌻

Hi Paul. Thank you for the tutorial on photography in the garden. I learned quite a bit and clicked the save icon so I can review your tips. Great photo tips and garden tour. We in coastal BC have also had an extended period of high pressure and are so enjoying all our colourful shrubs in the sun. Garden looks so beautiful right now so have been taking many photos.

We are having the most glorious sunny days for The King's Birthday weekend. (Frosts in the mornings) I planted 2 Malus trilobata ( Lebanese crab apple) today. Just have to pray the cockatoos don't destroy them. They usually turn new trees into a pile of sticks...you gotta love Australia... gardening is challenging!😂
It rained last night - yay - thunderstorm came through - we’re saved! Ring-necked parakeets are now just a few hundred yards from my garden - not looking forward to them discovering my little oasis. Enjoy your glorious sunshine. ☀️
🤣 Ring necked parakeets, are they in a neighbour's aviary? or are there escaped ones? Glad you had some rain, but with those temps you might need to water by Wednesday! Nice photos after rain!!
Sometime in the 1970s they either escaped or were released in the SE of England - since then they've bred like crazy and are marching (well probably flying, and squawking) their way over England and have arrived just 200 yards from my garden. So yes, we have 'wild' parrots in UK. More rain last night so garden looking green again.
