Thank yo for the overview of the aspheric lens. I'm starting over with photography, viedo is new to me and a little intimidating so I need to know everything I can. And have you ever had someone shoot you? I love the mixture of your features, you actually have an actors energy, and look about you.
Yes it is, probably is the Sony XPERIA 1 V, used with an USB-C to HDMI dongle connected to the HDMI port of the camera. That phone also has the capability to work as external monitor through USB-C only with certain sony cameras that support it. Cheers!
Thanks for the video! Honestly, I don't see a reason for myself to buy anamorphic lenses. What's the magic of these lenses? Maybe I don't understand something...
Not really liking the look of these lenses, I have the Blazar Remus, smaller lighter and easier to handle, + they have the barrel look and look vintage, I get the zoom is a added feature, but at that size I would pass.
APS-C anamorphic lens with T2.9 - sounds not so good. Effect of bokeh and flairs and x1.9 zoom are almost absent. Still sigma 18-35 F1.8 or anamorphic fixes or fast one will be more interesting.
I agree with you @WritersReview. The title says "that you can afford", not "relatively affordable". The lens costs over $3,000, therefore the title is a clickbait, as simple as that. Said that, I always love Brandon's videos, this one is no exception and I learned so much thanks to him in these recent years 🙏
The camera is an extension(appendage) of this man’s body. Brandon always has tricks up his sleeve! Amazing.
You’re the GOAT bro.
You're the GOAT too bro! Love your content as well!
You guys bros from another mother!
I love the wholesome interactions in this video
LOVE the look of handheld 50-100 anamorphic. It’s just sooooo 👌🏻
+1!! Looks amazing 🔥
Dope video, man. I have my eyes on those lenses right now.
Loved this, Brandon 🤙🏼 Great review and what a lens! Would love to get my hands on one of these.
Always great to hear from you Dylan!
Likewise brother! Hope all is well 🙏🏼@@BrandonLiUnscripted
Were you on full frame the whole time or cropped to Super 35? I might have missed that part.

WOWW!!!! This is cool man!!
Why are you not using IBIS?
Maybe the sony does not have anamorphic IBIS (the vertical/horizontal shift ist different due to the squeeze)
You should be able to use Gyroflow to stabilize these shots, just create a lens profile with "Input horizontal stretch: 1.5"
This is impressive, especially considering the size of the lens.
Great video!
Great lens, I gotta get one...
Cool!✌️
Beautiful, what country is this?
wich app do you use for monitoring?
How you monitoring camera apk?phone?Android?Iphone? thanks
I think he is using Android apk called Monitor +
Welcome to Thailand
Can you use Speedbooster on these for MFT formats?
Very nice video Brandon! These Anamorphic zooms do have a nice minimal focus distance. Or did you use diopters? Greets from Berlin!
Thanks! Didn’t use diopters. They really do focus close up
sir plz share a review of sony zv e1

Is that the sony phone being used as a camera monitor?

It’s just a shame that it’s not full frame.
That's a beefy lens
Wont Sony allow you to test with a camera that actually shoots proper anamorphic?
Sony had no part in this video…Want to send me a new camera?
500k subs! How about you send me a new camera LOL!@@BrandonLiUnscripted
Yo bro great video!!! Not! I despise these kickstarter campaigns. Your concept of affordable is way off but you got it for free so meh.
this is affordable?....dude change the title..its so costly lens
Lolz. Def affordable when you compare to shit from arri or even the cheaper atlas. Wake up WR. Everything in this world is relative
They are actually very affordable in comparison to the competition
