    I recently added sauerkraut back into my diet after years without it. Swear we keep doing similar things at similar times without knowing each other are doing. I eat kale everyday too and didn’t used to really like it either but doesn’t taste dirty to me anymore

    And this is when you work from 10 AM I suppose (based on the last timestamp given). Great it works for you, but is sadly not really feasible for the vast majority of 8-4 or 9-5 folk. You DID say it's YOUR routine however, so the video is on point.

      Thanks! Yes that's why I wanted to make sure it isn't the best routine at the start. Some elements may be helpful, mostly my message is making sure you have time to make yourself nutritous meals, exercise, and work on things you personally are interested in.
