うまく食事をとれなくなってしまった義父の為に義妹がスープメーカーを送ってくれましたが、
戦中生まれの義父がスープなんて食べるわけがなく、さらに、頂いた我々も使いこなせず、ずっと眠らせていました。
ある事がきっかけでしまいこんでいたスープメーカーを使ってみようということになり、
幾つかスープを作り、慣れてきたところで、あこがれのグリーンカレーを作ってみようと考えました。
思いついたところでしばらく実行に至らなかったのが、このショートムービーを観たおかげで加速しました。
チャパティーも、どうしてもチャパティーでsomething newしたくて探して、業務スーパーで
買いました。皮に1枚ずつセロハンみたいなのが挟まれていて、難なく剝がせましたし、
焼くのも映画ではホットプレートだったけど、油無しで普通のフライパンに乗せるだけで
勝手に焼きあがっていく感じでした。これまで使ったこともない青唐辛子粉も探して買いました。
スープメーカーを使ったグリーンカレーソースはレシピもなく完全に自己流でしたが、something new出来ました。
このグリーンカレーを今日作ろう！と思い立った日になぜか寿司をもらって実行ならず、ということが
2度続いた時には何か、宇宙的な調整を感じましたが、それらのことを乗り越え、実現となりました。
初めてのチャパティーは家族にも好評で、私もとてもおいしいと思いましたし、適量もわからず使った青唐辛子粉も
良い効果でした。この映画のおかげです、本当にありがとうございます。
次回グリーンカレーとチャパティーを作る時にはもうただ作ったんじゃnewじゃない、また新たなnewを入れることが出来るんだと、
happyな気持ちになれました🥰
