ASMR Journal Decorating || Whispered Drawing, Sticker and Plastic Sounds

Hello!
Recently ‪@scimzown‬ asked about seeing a bullet journal update and although my bullet journal has moved on to be a standard lined notebook, I thought it might be nice to take you along with me while I decorated one of the pages. Lots of stickers and some plastic crinkly sounds in this one so hope it's enjoyable as I know some of you enjoyed the plastic sounds in a couple of my recent videos :)

What is ASMR?
Wikipedia explains "Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR)" to be a "tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." It can often be triggered by certain sounds such as tapping or whispering and can be very relaxing and helpful for falling asleep. If ASMR is something you've never heard of before I'd recommend searching it on RUclips as there are 100's of videos for every type of ASMR trigger that you can explore!
