Somebody says that Hideki Matsuyama has never used his putter. Well I’m a Taxi driver who has never taken a left turn in 47 years! I just witnessed the greatest hole out video probably in the history of Golf. We can all learn from Hideki’s beautiful downswing and sexy hip movement. His meditative putting stroke reminds me of Lorin Roberts who would have won the US Open if Ernie Ells didn’t hit a building if to the far left of the green.

I'm gunna say alot of these shots are fake, some kind of 🧲 or motor ...there's no way this is possibly with out some kind of cheating going on.... challenge him in closest to the pin with some golf balls you provide

Best Japanese Golfer I ever seen was Isao Aoki, never forget the 1980 US Open vs. Nicklaus, what a duel.
@Tony oh those were the day, Seve and the Shark, Watson, Irwin, Kite, Miller, Floyd, and on and on...
@Tony one of the best shots I had ever seen was in the 1983 Hawaiian Open. He entered the 18th hole, he was about 130 yards out and hit into the hole for an Eagle to beat Jack Renner (who btw won the same tournament the following year in '84.) That shot was remarkable, there's been a few like that in my lifetime, another was the 1987 Masters when local golfer Larry Mize chipped in on the 11th in a playoff to win the Master's. If you are lucky you can see a few of those in your lifetime, I have been very blessed indeed.
Thanks for remembering him, I'm so glad to see someone mentioning him, as a Japanese golf fan.

I've always respected him, keeps his head down and keeps working hard. When he's in full flow he's one of the most impressive ball strikers I've ever seen.
Beautiful golf swing. He has owned that tempo. He always looks very confident and comfortable. I’m so happy for him.
He wears the PC principal shades. I'd say he doesn't practice putting much when you just hole out all the time!
