Try to remember next time you do a tutorial that the word I and what you do is not that important to us your learners and just focus on what needs to be done because I want to get forward in your lesson and you are bogging it down with too much of your personal info it shouldn't be 22 minutes long honestly I'm learning from you because I like to look at you over the other teachers but seriously cut down the time to get to what we need to learn to just what we need to learn as quick as possible and then you can go back and read it why you like to do what you do cuz really you didn't write the song Taylor Swift did nobody really cares how you like to play it but we care to learn how to play it so start off with the cords and playing it go through it once and then you can go back and ask why I like to do all those extra things

+Em J I am usually right there with you.. I like a tutorial video to 'skip to the goods' as fast as possible. BUT this video helped me sooo much because I have never played on an acoustic (I learned on electric). I needed her explanations so that I could better absorb what the reason was behind each of her methods. I found this video to be the perfect pace for me, a semi-beginner. Maybe what you were looking for is something for intermediate/advanced players. P.S. try to remember next time you post a comment to use more commas and periods and the like.
Hi Ellen, my name is Kel. I just started playing the guitar about two weeks ago and I have learned A LOT from your videos! I can play this version of Shake it Off, but I don't have it down enough to sing with it yet... lol Still working on it! ;) But I found a song called "Can You Hear Me When I Talk to You" by Ashley Gearing and was wondering if you could do a video on it? I am trying it with standard tuning and a capo on the third fret and can't figure out some of the chords and strumming pattern. So far I am using G, Cadd9, D and C but there are so many holes! I don't get it. Why is G often played differently? I play it with three fingers with the middle finger on the first string?
they are just part pf G family chord if I not wrong . I play g the same as you but sometimes it will be easier if using with 4 fingers
