    :- ingredients.
    Palakura curry.
    Water.
    Spinach.
    Wash.
    Cutting.
    Keep it a side.
    Stove on pan.
    3" Tbls ' of ground nuts.
    1" small cup fried chana dal.
    Roast.
    2" Tbls ' of white sesame.
    Transfer the fried seeds in a plate.
    Keep it a side.
    Cool completely.
    Add the fried seeds in a mixture jar.
    Grind into a fine powder.
    Keep it a side.
    Stove on pan.
    1" Tbls ' of oil.
    3" green chillies.
    6" ps' crush garlic.
    Add the chopped spinach.
    Roast.
    Saute for 2-3" minutes.
    1/2" Tbls ' of salt.
    Transfer the fried spinach in a plate.
    Keep it a side.
    Same pan.
    Add the 1" Tbls ' of oil.
    1" Tbls ' crushing coriander seeds.
    1" Tbls ' of cumin seeds.
    2" Tbls '; of ginger garlic paste.
    2" chopped onions.
    Saute until onions turns golden brown in colour.
    Add the turmeric powder to taste.
    3" chopped tomatoes.
    1" Tbls ' of salt.
    Saute for 2-3" minutes.
    Add the fried seeds in a mixture jar.
    Grind into a fine powder.
    1" Tbls ' of red chilli powder.
    Add the blended masala powder.
    Mix well.
    1" small glass of water.
    Saute for 3-4" minutes.
    Add the fried spinach.
    1" Tbls ' coriander powder.
    Mix well.
    Cook for 3-4" minutes.
    Stove on pan.
    1" Tbls ' of oil.
    1" Tbls ' cumin seeds.
    8" ps' crush garlic.
    3" red chillies.
    Curry leaves.
    Roast.
    1" Tbls ' of red chilli powder.
    Stove off.
    Add the buying in a curry.
    Covering.
    Coriander leaves.
    Palakura curry is a ready.
    Happy family.
