Atalanta clearly deserved the win. Even The quality of crosses from their wingers and full backs was so much better than that of Juve's. They have a player who is arguably the best in the air but they can't deliver a single decent cross. And the whole mid field is failing to play a single penetrating ball through the middle. It all depends on Ronaldo, Dybala and Costa to do some magic to get the goals.

What is wrong with his judgement here? Handballs were spotted and given deserved penalties by official football rules. If you have problems with the rules itself do not criticize referees they are doing their job and they are doing it well.

Ya they played trash that night. Lucky for the two handballs they were able to pull it back. Atlanta played so well and they deserved to win. What a great game spoiled by 2 silly penalties. Atalanta scored 2 breathtaking goals which had some scintillating passing, but conceded 2 careless penalties.
With the now strict handball rules, they should keep their hands behind their back, but then again in the heat of the moment, it’s probably not easy to remember these drills. Atalanta deserved to win, while Juve got lucky. It’s because scoring a penalty while nerve wracking is incredibly easy for a professional playing at that kind of level and while the goals still count it shows that Ronaldo isn’t really having as stellar a season as most think because he is hardly involved is open play anymore which is a shame because we all know he’s still got it but he’s been turned into a pure poacher and penalty merchant and you can’t argue a player like that to be the worlds best

The first one is not a pen, plain and simple. His hands are close to his body and he's not anticipating the shot and trying to make his body bigger. It's impossible to react and move your hand to a shot or cross with that much power. The rules need a serious rework.

If you think that's a high percentage, La Liga currently has 13,6%, Premier League currently has 6.75%, Bundesliga ended with 6.01and Ligue 1 was terminated with 9.12%. Among the 5 top leagues, it does indeed have the highest percentage, but not by much.
IMO, it's the handball rule that is poorly written and should be changed ASAP: many of the penalties awarded in Europe i don't agree with and there have been goals voided due to "handballs" that shouldn't have been voided either.
