- I’ve pulled a lot of hair out with this machine trying to fix it. It seems most of our issues came from loose bolts. Start with the easiest solution and work up.

Thank you verry much
Hi Michael,
If it was at all possible a video on the adjustment ram parallelism would be amazing help for everyone that has one of these old machines, it's getting harder and harder to find engineers to even look at our machine.
You also need to measure your tooling for wear, check the die width along the whole bed and the punch. Also check the bed for wear from changing tooling. Would also add that your tooling is over hanging on both the punch and die and will flex if your folding along the full length. Don't forget to cycle your tooling to enable even wear.
hey bud, ive got an older Amada Rg100 that seems to be just like the one you have. I have zero info about it and yesterday it got stuck in the upstroke and seems to be in a bind. Would you mind helping me out with some info maybe? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks bud!
IM pretty sure the cylinders are single acting.
either you are not generating pressure to allow the ram to come up or its possible that the cam roller bearings are seized and not allowing ram to go up and down. Try disconnecting the hydraulic lines to the cylinder to see if ram will come down. it will probably drain the oil out so be prepared.
@@bruneprune it looks like the cams are preventing it from coming down, they are wedged it seems. definitely a mechanical stop, it will go up slightly then stop in the same place on the down stroke.
Thanks for sharing this. Do you know anything about valves? I have a problem that when using a pressure of more than 12 tons, the press does not open when the pedal is released. I think one of the valves is not opening. May be you have some information about valves?
That hasn't been an issue for us. If you have the same machine as me and a hydraulic controlled foot pedal. remove the back cover on the machine and make sure all the cams that it activates are working it could just be an issue like that. I have had to fill up with hydraulic fluid my pedal before but usually that's something where the press wont go all the way down and pressurize.
@@bruneprune Can I contact you? Maybe you can send pictures of what your valves look like, I also think they can have different types of upgrades. My pedal-controlled valve doesn't seem to be original. Thanks for the advice on the pedal, the oil level was also low.
Hi just recently bought a promecam it 8025 and don't know how to go on manual mode! It's got a controller Concorde, been trying to add a photo here but couldn't do it
does anyone have a video adjusting the base like in your hand written instructions
I'm also interested in that please if you find any let me know
