Zach I've been with the Dolphins since attending their first game in 1966. I can deal with losses as long as the players put out their best effort and have a passion for the game. These days their are very few players that have that drive. Seems to me it's all about the bag. Unfortunately when the team has a player that shows the passion they let them walk. But what I can't tolerate is someone like AVG walking even though he wanted to stay.
I’m done with this team and organization until Grier and McDaniel are fired. Another year of this incompetency is too much for me. We all know Grier will blow this draft and sign often injured players to ridiculous contracts that will put this team in cap Hell for years. We all know McDaniel will not discipline problem players and continue looking like a deer in headlights in crucial moments. It’s a waste of time to watch this circus another year. I’ll be rooting for the Lions in the meantime.
This is about Stephen Ross being 84 years old. What man at that age doesn't want stability? I think as long as Tua can play in some games McDaniel and Tua are tied to the hip. Once he can't no reason keep McDaniel or Grier.
I agree. Grier is in job saving mode now. He and Ross and McD are in the process of completely annihilating this franchise. There's no hope for next year. None! McDaniel is on way over his head, and Grier has squandered any opportunity to repair his own mess by having handed out all these ridiculous contracts. Like, why. They didn't have to fo that. Quality franchises dont do that. He's completely handcuffed any chance at a quick retool now. Such a poor allocation of resources. Utter incompetence on all levels.
It all comes back to Tua over herbert. All these issues, Flores, the contract, the injury issue, none of it is a thing if we don’t make that initial mistake in the 2020 draft
It’s pretty simple. One guy has elite nfl talent and upside and the other doesn’t. Just a bad pick. But don’t worry it’ll all be over soon. “Narrative” like you say is going around that Tua just doesn’t have the arm strength to get it done. Yes, Tua is fragile and not available but is Herbert any better? You cannot tell me he had a great game. Even the NFL and the media are already calling out this dude for his payoffs failures.
