  • Curious what it's like to be a backpacker in the Philippines? Today we travel from Moalboal, Cebu to Panglao Island, Bohol, with a quick pitstop in Cebu City. Cebu and Bohol are located in Central Visayas (Region VII); two absolutely gorgeous islands. We take a total of five different modes of transportation on our journey, including tricycle, bus, motorbike, ferry and a shuttle! Want a good way to really feel alive? Jump on the back of a motorbike taxi and zigzag your way through the traffic of Cebu City! It's also a very fast way to get around there. Once we'd arrived in Cebu City, this is how we barely made it in time to Pier Terminal 1 to catch our ferry to Bohol! Once we arrive at our final destination of Panglao Island, we check in at Don Julio Apartelle & Cottages. It's a very nice and affordable accommodation with a lovely pool to cool off in! Very nice staff and awesome location in the area of Tawala, right next to Alona Beach. Hope you all enjoy today's video, and get some nice tips and aspiration for your own adventure in the Philippines!
