Yes, it was a pretty straightforward bolt in swap, except for the dust shield. Remember to release your parking brake, or the rotor is not coming off :) The lip of the dust shield is for the smaller diameter WRX rotor, so you have to trim it off to fit the STI sized rotor (its not the exact same STI part, there is a special DBA rotor that fits the WRX sized parking drum, but the STI calipers - dba42656S-10). You also have to trim a notch to fit the larger caliper by the dust shield. If I did it again, I would just remove/cut-off the dust shield all together. I may still go back and do that later. I replaced the brake lines with steel lines. You don't have to do that, but I would recommend it. I used these ones: www.fastwrx.com/products/stainless-steel-braided-brake-line-for-2008-wrx
Buen video bro, gran ayuda para nosotros los subaristas🎉
Very informative
Do you need a diffrent type on caliper mouting bolt?
Nope, I used the same mount and bolt.
@gregkourosh really. I thought you needed the brembo hardware. Good to know
So pretty much swap the calipers and rotors and notch/cut for Fitment?
Did you did anything to the brake lines?

Nice!
What wheels do you have
That is the 18x9.5 Mach V Wicked Awesome wheel.
Did you need an adapter bracket?
No, they bolt right up. You just need a very specific rotor that fits the wrx parking brake while being sti sized for the caliper.
Would these still work with the stock 17 wheels?
I would think so, but i can't say for sure. There is plenty of clearance inside my 18s.
you'll need a 3mm spacer
Wait what rotor did you use and from what model year sti did you get the brembos!!!
DBA 42656S-10 rotor. Calipers from 2008-2014 STI.
