Very cool! Im working on my armor for this build now.. I'm struggling to commit because of the costs. I was thinking of going full Void harnessing on my armor and void dmg runeglass.. just to make the GA do a ton of dmg. Thoughts?
Imo it isn’t worth the loss in damage mitigation. Nobody runs void resist so I don’t really have problems getting kills. Gaxe does good dmg if you know the burst combos. I am currently testing switching from shower to storm tho because of a bug with shower that actually causes the walking animation (opposite of haste) when you walk through your own. A side effect of that change is more overall dmg
@@DerrekU2ber Why would it be a loss? Since the IG is mostly support wouldnt you want all the GA dmg you can get? (void) Ive never ran harnessing gear so Im just guessing.. Thanks!
@@fatapollo1557 runeglass makes your absorption gems not as effective while harnessing takes up a spot that would normally be filled with a dmg mitigation perk. It’s a big loss of your “effective healthpool” to run these things.
question does ice pylon burst do the same base dmg if its on an armor pce? ik the % dmg goes up from the perk but im wondering if its still the same base 50weapon dmg or w/e
so what i mean is like the aoe bonus damage does a certain amount of damage separate of the damage increase, already tested it out after i sent the message and yeah you dont really lose any damage from the pylon if you have the perk on gear@@DerrekU2ber
I see so many people doing this still but you might want to consider replacing your thrust and slash gems for onyx. 1 slash gem and 1 thrust gem is the same as 2 onyx and you're getting strike protection as well.
My gems weren’t great in this recording, you’re right. Theyve already changed. I plan on upgrading some champions amulets with fire or slash protection when it becomes available too Edited spell error*
The question that pops out when I see these videos is "How are you hitting these people from so far away with a melee swing, I have to be near up their arse to hit in melee"

I’m not sure that I understand your question. It raises the dmg on the pylon hits and also the burst. Is that the info you’re looking for?

the base dmg of the added aoe burst from the perk is the same minus 2% from the bonus @@DerrekU2ber
was mainly wondering cause i like running healing tomb on weapon

Little update- they nerfed champions amulet on the ptr so that shirking empower is locked instead of stam recovery. Rip to my plans!

Great axe heavy attacks have something like 6-8 meters tracking distance!
I understand that but that isn't my experience in game: my 'range' is no where near that.

For most things yes but probably not the worm or an m3. I’ve run m1’s with it to farm artifacts.
