Y'know, I think this is the first time watching a reading for my North Node placement. Over the past week I've received the same message twice. "Dolce far niente" - the sweetness of doing nothing. And the message was about being in the feminine, magnetic, receiving, BEING (vs doing) energy. I think it's very timely going into a new f/t job and juggling that with everything else. I can SO relate. A year or so ago I was in the shower and found myself humming When She Loved Me, a Sarah McLachlan song from the 2nd Toy Story movie. I realised it was my inner child singing TO me. And when I went through the lyrics in my head and figured out the situation I started crying (and hugging her). A VERY long time ago I came across the poem that began with "I bargained with life for a penny". If you look it up it's a similar message. The over giving. And when we come into a conscious awakening journey we want to go in and fix everything and then the inner child gets pushed to the side or bossed around with the hardcore self healing agenda. The best thing I ever learned was not to fix myself but just to love myself. Healing the energy with the masculine - with an Aries father who just wanted perfection from me as a great asset in the profit and loss being me. So many layers to healing with the masculine energy. Every one worth bringing the feminine in to the picture instead of leaving her by the roadside. Like that doll in Toy Story 2.
