UK Parliament in 2024 recapped

This morning the @ukhouseofcommons sat from 9.30am, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Steve Reed. 🟩
The @ukhouseoflords sat from 11am. Members questioned the government on a range of topics, including the Windrush Compensation Scheme, e-scooters and e-bikes, National Insurance contributions for employers, and home schooling. 🟥
Today is the last sitting day of 2024. Both Houses rise for Christmas recess at conclusion of business and will return on Monday 6 January.
