This interview is excellent because it doesn't feel like an interview, it feels like a genuine conversation and my god was this conversation beautiful. Props to Kate for asking such enthralling questions; and props to Maria as well for giving us a peek into her headspace and creative flow for this film.
this is the most intelligent and beautiful interview i've watched in a long time, i hadn't heard of the movie but will definitely be watching it now, thank you both so much
I was surprised they didn't discuss the casting for the part of Tom, with the goal of having his character be somewhat foreign to appeal to Alma, therefore selecting the British actor Dan Stevens who amazingly mastered the part entirely in German.
Good interview., I agree on the „wanting to rescue him“(Tom), Alma was horrible to him. As for the sex scene: I found that actually extremely weird/uncomfortable to watch
The most surprising thing about Kate imo, that she's not married. How can a gorgeous, talented and beautiful spirit as herself not find love? What reality could this be? I've watched her for years and the more real interviews I see of her the more I want her. I might be dreaming but the first chance I get to meet her I'm going all in if she'll have me. My mind is racing and heart smoldering..I love you Kathryn and hope to meet you soon. Bye for now
@@felizkehinde Maybe. I just knew Jackie would be her person..still kind of surprised she's not engaged or anything. I guess we'll find out someday who gets her heart.
I have felt like Tom (a robot) in more than one relationship-it ended in utter codependency. When two partners never disagree, one of them isn't necessary.

Kate as herself is the best Kate. But, this isn't about Kate. 😉 Great interview--I can't wait to see the movie. I loved Unorthodox so much.
Kate asked really beautiful questions ❤️
Okay but kate in this interview is my everything🛐🛐

awww
Maria!
Alma can only love Tom like a child loves his teddy bear. But is not that a nice love? Without pain without anger....

Maybe she doesn’t want to get married.

Are they kind of flirting?
