I don't like the idea of the winnings being taxed.. because of the amount thats promoted.. Why not just promote the winning amount minus the tax already? Have an asterisk explaining the tax has been removed from the prize amount and in the asterisk show the full amount.. i mean the prize itself, massive, but it must feel like a bit or a rip to have money removed from a "stated amount" In Australia, we don't have the tax separate, we have the total and GST is included into the price automatically meaning what you see is what you get. I mean they could state the tax at the bottom so people know what the tax price, but people know what they need to pay. Speaking of tax, we pay tax on the ticket, not on the prize.. and the prize isn't seen as income, but any money made on interest or income made from the principle amount js considered as income, so only tax on the income from the prize. Same as investments, if money is maide off investments, tax is paid of the returns from said investments.
American government are greedy they tax us even in death. My daughter did an internship for an accountant and they file tax on people are already dead it’s sickening

I think that thought varies from person to person depending on their background, past circumstances and present circumstances. For example, someone who has always struggled financially form decadesto get by as most bills eat up the majority of their paycheck might feel quite a bit of HAPPINESS FROM A WINDFALL OF MONEY. For others such as ur successful guest for most of their lives may have not had that over a prolonged or extensive period of time. So to each their own I always say as it would make my life happier as it has many others who would at least no longer need to obsess about not having more than enough finances to do all or most of what they want like afford a really nice home in a nice safe area and for those who have never been able to reaaly travel outsude of a short road trup due to the cost of nicer vacations. It's really individualized to me. That being said, I am already looking forward to being a lottery winner guest on your show soon enough to tell my win story because it's already done and in the making. I just don't know when!!!.😊
If he would’ve won $100 mill he wouldn’t say that… half a mill is not life changing money… I also believe that depends on the person but money makes you happy because with money you can experience things you couldn’t before, travel, purchasing power… I agree with you

God says to use mammon to make friends. he is definitely using those funds to not only provide for his family but to invest in others. ❤ I am encouraged and hope that when i win, whatever i win will be a useful tool to make those around me better. I have not manifested lottery wins by dreams but as an mma fight I do tend to dream about my fights and when the fight night happens it does go as I dream…somehow I cant do the same with lottery
I noticed that he stated that he was asked if he had any family members who sold tickets. My spouse works at a Kroger grocery store and can sell tickets does that affect some thing if you win?
