Acid washing process was created in Italy and patented in 1986. Garments made from heavy jeans and denim fabrics, course canvas, sweater and thick twill etc. are washed by applying acid wash technique. By applying acid wash technique, irregular pattern fading effect is produced in the garments, where the effects more pronounce than stone wash. Acid wash is a very dirty process due to widely use of pumice stone.
Potassium permanganate is a common chemical compound that combines manganese oxide ore with potassium hydroxide. It was first developed as a disinfectant in 1857. Since then, it's been widely used to treat a variety of skin conditions, including fungal infections
LAVA CON PAP
Bleaching activator agent of indigo-dyed jeans especially for permanganate processes.
Properties
Provides active role in permanganate bleaching on jeans material
Provides good contrast, brighter and clean look after neutralization
The desired shades can be controlled easily by treatment pH range, and temperatures.
Is inorganic, acidic, biodegradable liquid
Is providing better whiteness and brightness with permanganate on jeans material
Is decreasing the permanganate amount in the recipe with different usage amounts.
