I was the only guy who rode a sport quad back in the day....a yellow 400EX I bought new. All my freinds rode big 4x4 quads. They never went anywhere that I wasnt able to go. There some muddy hillclimbs I could do and they couldnt simply because I could build so much steam before I hit it. Big mud holes....well if I couldnt make it a sport rider has to find a way around it :). It takes skill to be a good sport quad rider
i went mudding on a raptor 700 sunday, following my friend on his grizzly 1000 and the raptor did great! was alot of fun, but i was way muddier than my friend!
I just took my 2008 400ex mudding with some friends and they were all riding side by sides or big 4x4 atvs. We went through some pretty tuff spots and they couldn't believe how my 400ex performed. Just have to know how to ride when you don't have 4wheel drive to fall back on. Granted I got stuck in a few spots but is a lot easier to get my 400 out than those giant utility atvs.
Cool guys look forward to seeing how y'all like these machines! My guess is the 450 is quicker, but the 700 is better on most trails, mostly due to ground clearance. Keep it up guys!
@@jrc-fabs1634 well obviously it sounds like a honda. But I've had 90/250/300/400/and a 450 and I think the 700 sounds more like a utility than a sport quad. Exactly like a 400 rancher or 420 to be exact
Rowdy Garage yeah, I was asking because one time I took mine out just like you guys and it managed to make it into the air filter box and throughout the motor. 400ex was the quad that happened to it but it just needed a day and a bath to get it out of its system.

JohnnyRebKy Yup exactly! We were initially into the 4x4 atvs but transitioned to the sport quads to become better riders
There just more fun
They have there pros and cons.. Personally I’d take a sport utility over a sport quad, just because I like to take it slow at times
Yes exactly.. They are personally my favorite quads, I’d like to get another one here soon
@@BOOSTEDUTV I see.
independent rear suspension on the 700xx really makes it a do everything fourwheeler
it's fun to have all of that power on tap
Fricking love mine and yes it does it all!!!

I used to take my 400ex in deep creeks. Id literally be riding circles in the water waiting for the utility quads to catch up
Love the new machines!!
Thanks! There is more than likely going to be another one added into the mix here soon
MOTOR MANIA 99 well i can say this channel is going somewhere.

Nice stuff guys
Trx700 is probably the best sport quad to go mudding with. I’m gonna post a video with my trx300 and it’s a tad harder😂
Yeah I’ve had a couple of those, they do pretty well

Yeah thats about right! I will be buying another atv here soon, Hopefully before the jamboree
I can't get over the fact that the 700xx sounds just like a 420 rancher we used to have... It's a utility.. idc what they say
Both Honda’s that’s why
It also sounds identical to my 300ex

I love tjst kfx, you need to make some more video of it!
@Rowdy garage do you guys ever have any issues with getting mud and air in your guys air filters and intake?
Well they do pretty well as long as you don’t go swamping them

I ride myLTZ 250 in the mud all of the time
No problem! And if you like mine subscribe and tell your friends! I would do that but I don’t have friends 😂
Hey I just subbed! Hope you enjoy the films
MOTOR MANIA 99 thank you I will!
