OMFG, I'm speechless right now. My vision was crazy that day. Everything that I looked at looked like it was pulsating. I felt sick that entire day. I felt like my crown chakra was wide open. I'm a Reiki Master/Teacher and still couldn't get myself grounded. I wasn't even in the direct path. I was afraid to drive home from work. My intuition has been even more on point since this happened.
Everything looks like it's vibrating to me for the past year and it can look pixels or like sparkly stars sometimes as if you were lightheaded but not have you experience that ever? Awesome to see someone else who has experienced this.
I’m shocked with you saying this. For the past two days I have had heavy pressure on the top of my head. Never before like this. It doesn’t hurt and I wouldn’t call it a headache, but heavy pressure! I looked at the moon last night and I could barely make it out, it was so blurry! I’m not skeptical type of person, but I have felt off since the eclipse but in a good way, in a good way. I was seeing what looked like frame rate drops throughout the day, it was as if my irl vision was dropping to 15fps for a few seconds on and off throughout the day. It was really weird.

I actually didn’t watch the eclipse either. What I did was, I had to go outside and throw the garbage, but I kept getting this eerie feeling not to look up at the sky.
I also did not watch or look at the eclipse and I did not have any symptoms, I played my singing bowl and prayed and smudged the whole time. I wonder if this effect was different if you looked at it or not?

I’ve known multiple people, including myself, who were sick multiple days this week since the eclipse. The new codes are coming in and our bodies are having to purge (throw up) any energies (or beings) still in us. The moon was in my sun sign this week, which always depletes my cerebral spinal fluid, but this week was intense! I threw up multiple times and had to cleanse myself with the shower over and over to rid myself of frequencies that don’t serve me anymore.

I felt invigorated the day of the eclipse! I was feeling a little lethargic up to the eclipse, but the day of, and every day since, I have been so full of energy and so motivated. Like a brand-new jump start. Bring it on! Out with the old and in with the new!!!
OMG! I couldn’t tell anyone in my circle they’re not on my frequency. Prior and leading up to the eclipse I had a pain in my hip then in my left knee! I had a hard time walking was in a lot of pain. I made plans not to even be outside and definitely not to look at it. Well (whatever you worship) saw things otherwise. I had to take a family member somewhere and ended up doing errands in mad traffic. So I was out in it the entire time. I’m in Philly and it was scheduled 2:03 - 3:23 I was out the entire time. The next day I felt so invigorated! And still do!
Same here, I cleaned up my entire house and the next day I mowed, trimmed bushes, planted flowers. I couldn’t stop until everything was done. That never happened before because I’m in my 60’s and it doesn’t take much to make me tired. I felt like a super woman. lol

I took my shoes off during the eclipse and grounded. I was feeling great and then my head got burning hot and my skin started burning from the inside. Like pins pricking everywhere. I then broke out in hives and a rash. I could not see. I closed my eyes and held on. It took 4 hours after and throwing up for it to stop. I feel the difference and have gone from a door mat to knowing bullshit when I hear it. I see words coming at me and know. People who have seemed so spiritual are becoming needy and kinda mean.. like the realness is coming out. I am writing everything down. Something big happened.
I stayed inside and closed the blinds and did yoga with a live yogi and did a mantra. I prayed afterward. I passed out right before the eclipse and the first 40 minutes in it. I couldn't stay awake, and I felt heavy. So I ate salads, drank water, and ate very little but pumpkin seeds and dried banana and dried strawberries cause I was craving sugar. But I did take the advice of Navajo Indians. They said they recommend staying inside and pray, and fast. Because they also this was the best way to protect yourself. I soaked in the tub to relax with oils, Himalayan salt, etc.
I also felt the timeline shift!!! I was exhausted a few days before and after the eclipse, suffered from migraines and had toxic friendships leave me energetically and from my life physically after the eclipse! Thank you for sharing! Blessings!!!

I hit a terrible depression the week before the eclipse. The day of, I was a little more energized. I thought I was gonna have a panic attack before totality. I felt really amazing the rest of that day. I even went on a bike ride. I've been having sleep issues since. I'm exhausted and have my panic attacks again. They'll only go away if I sleep for an hour after work. Hydrate, ground, meditate! Love you! ❤
My mom and I had the same experience! My dad and brothers felt nothing. I felt like I had partied all night lol I couldn’t walk, I was dizzy, so nauseous, couldn’t speak, and I don’t drink. Don’t be embarrassed, my energy was off as well. But I was told not to go to sleep during the eclipse cause you can go into a deep state or something. But I did fall asleep afterwards it just seemed like it drained everything I had in me.
I personally think that people were experiencing a detox and also I think it was showing us that we need to be clearheaded and not put any mind altering substances in our body. That’s why the over effect of taking small amounts of drug. I personally felt very very tired in the weeks before the eclipse. I fasted took a Celtic salt bath and meditated turned off all Wi-Fi electricity and actually felt pretty amazing afterward. I did stay indoors als the ancient cultures suggested this. Also, I have been very emotional the last few days and have been finding out truths about people that I thought were in my corner but they really weren’t which I think is a purge of any negative people out of my life Which is painful, but I feel strong and I know my purpose is to the creator, struggling humans and this planet 🦋
I agree with some other comments on here. It's typical to feel more tired and lethargic during the eclipse and also the days leading up to the eclipse and the few days after. If you're particularly sensitive you may feel it long before. But technically we entered the eclipse window with these energies being opened up during the Libra full moon eclipse. It's all normal to feel your senses heightened and have weird dreams and to feel more on edge, triggered or emotional. The trick is to stay grounded. You have to be more intentional about it during these times. Do it as often as you need to feel good. But also notice and pay attention to what is coming up for you around this time. It's pointing the way to what needs to let go of, or integrated or transformed. I'd say that I agree with others who have said that taking Kratom probably wasn't a good idea. Your body was telling you "no" Possibly pointing you towards letting the need for these things go because you cannot tolerate them in your system anymore. It's so important to get your entire system as whole and as free from attachments and substances that make you more susceptible to attachments and energy drains. It's getting serious people. Now is the time to make the choices that you already know are in alignment with your path and where your headed. You can't take everyone and everything with you. That means end the relationships that you know are not good for you. Quit the habits. Quit the job that you hate. It's time to make serious moves towards who you truly are and what you're aligned with. Now. Start taking the steps however big or small. But just start moving towards it. The universe( your higher self) will respond. Eclipse energies are the energy of chaos. It's change. It brings changes that are meant for your greatest and highest good. Don't fight it. Surrender to the flow and figure out how to be solid within yourself. Get serious about your spiritual practice. Everything is changing whether you're ready for it or not. That's why you have to let go. Otherwise this energy will feel uncomfortable. You can't reach for the things you used to reach for to feel secure. You cannot continue to reach outside of yourself. The ultimate goal is divine union within. It's the only way that you can make it out the other side having went through a wild ride but completely intact!!
I felt pretty good during the eclipse, and the energy in my environment has improved significantly since. I've always been "wired" to handle large amounts of energy though. I do think there was a timeline shift. I can't speak for others, but it was a good shift for me.
Same for me. I think it depends on where you were at in your progress when it happened and if you had things that you had not cleared It would clear it for you!

Thank you for sharing. I think something similar happened to me. I wasn’t ill but, I believe something happened energetically. The beginning of the retrograde I had an over reaction and lost my temper at the stupidest thing. Completely lost myself to the point I wanted to throw things. I’m usually calm even when I’m angry. That night March 31, I went to bed and my whole body was vibrating so badly I couldn’t sleep. Things feel differently all this week I feel like things I knew before are slightly different now.

I have been dizzy on and off since than and that never happens . This is so crazy I have to add to my post after watching your video. I am in Oklahoma about two hours from the area of totality but I didn’t watch it. I was outside, but didn’t really look up I just watched it get dimmer outside and cooler. Anyways I went to work afterwards my job is super laid back no stress at all. I felt like the life had been sucked out of me and about passed out after only being there 2 hrs. I kept on telling my coworker how sorry I was I didn’t know why I was so tired I just couldn’t shake it. Also I’ve had extreme vivid dreams non stop since than. Literally every time I close my eyes. One thing for me though is I feel like the energy is lighter, and during the eclipse I just knew we would be ok. I’ve had that feeling since than , besides feeling physically off.

My best friend of 25 years was sober for 9 years, relapsed when he was so dead set on never rushing and in such a good place . He was a Buddhist and highly spiritual person. Yes!! I couldn’t concentrate on work and decided to watch the eclipse on tv. I had heard a Vedic astrologer say that it wasn’t healthy to be exposed to the eclipse outside so I chose to stay inside despite my desire to be outside (to see partial as I am in LA). All of a sudden while watching, out of nowhere, tears started flooding down my face for like an hour of uncontrollable crying. It was as if I released all wounds I’ve ever had, perhaps over lifetimes?? I felt like I was high on mdma but was completely sober. I felt intense joy and love for the rest of the day, it was beautiful. Since then I’ve felt lethargic and this week trouble getting grounded, trouble sleeping, lack of focus, mind racing, vivid dreams, and fluctuating between feeling light and heavy, and kind of all over the place. Out of balanced, undisciplined, trouble meditating, angry and irritated. Feeling better after yoga but it definitely feels like some kind of intense energy shift and weird time thing as if time is moving incredibly faster and I’m struggling to keep up. But I’ve been experiencing “frequency shifting” for the last few months where I can tell when I’m flowing in a higher vibe vs. lower vibe state. It’s as if I’m up and down and all over the place. Sleep patterns out of wack. Get up from 2:30 A.M to 4:00 A.M. Vivid wierd anxiety filled dreams before and after both eclipses starting 3/25. After solar eclipse still get up BUT my dreams are all positive and I feel great. Went through deep depression from the eclipses In Libra in Oct. 23. It has lifted like a light switch went off. Work at a low vibe job for the present but not for long; maybe it's the anticipation of getting a much higher paying position and moving forward out of this LOW vibe situation.

That honestly sounds like an anxiety attack you had. And even though I didn't experience one that day even though I've had PTSD all of my life, I saw several people having anxiety attacks prior to this eclipse. And they, just like you had no idea what was going on with them. I have 3 dogs, and the day before they all went bat shit crazy in my house and tore up the entire place, which is something they NEVER did before because they are well trained. So yea, I believe you!
I did not feel anything the day of the eclipse. But, midmorning the next day, I bawled uncontrollably. Almost like an out-of- control drunkard, but I don't drink. And I kept saying, "I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry." The feeling of His disappointment in us, as a people, was so vast. And I could see it and feel it. And I just cried and cried. Collectively, we failed massively. The sorrow was overwhelming. I do not feel it, anymore, but it was there. What is out there is so big, and people here get hung up on tiny things. Including me. Jesus gave us a gift you cannot earn. Imagine that you gave someone a gift and that person reached for his pocket and said, "Great. How much do I owe you?" That's a slap. Just be gracious and thankful. In 2017 I felt like how you are describing whilst watching an eclipse in USA. The energy was so overwhelming that the energy felt un easy and anxious. It was so strange.
In the vedic culture, we are not supposed to be outside during these events. In vedic astrology- according to my masters in India. You Stop getting the cosmic influences of the sun and moon. This is a big thing. I was in Texas as well. I went against what my teachers said and tried to hide undercover while watching it. I am a very practical person but this has been part of the Hindu Indian culture for 1000s of years. I used to be an eclipse chaser. And have since worried about what happens. It can cause serious physical and mental afflictions. I had a major timeline shift since the eclipse portal and after. Everything is different. It's interesting- I vomited and got sick after being in it for 24 hrs. And my daughter cried for 24 hrs. 😊
I am an amateur student of Vedic astrology, but i do know that the eclipse will have a very different impact on various individuals, mainly due to the type of nakshatra or moon mansion the eclipse is occurring in, and if it aspects your personal moon 🌙 or sun ☀️ position on your own personal chart. I don’t understand why but my moon is in Sagittarius, i felt awful on the lunar eclipse, i had a stellium of planets transitioning my 11 th house that week, felt emotional and unbalanced. My sun is in Taurus ♉️ On the solar eclipse April 8 i felt quite normal, no real impact so i am assuming people need to be cautious because unless you know your chart you never know how this might play out on your psyche or your physical body .
Interesting video Rich. I decided to meditate and tap into frequency during the eclipse also doing a protection ritual. During meditation I got sucked into a frequency realm with other light workers and everyone was in the same place all at once. Kind of spinning. Some energy workers were asking me if I was okay and asking me how I have been on my journey, because they knew I’ve had hard times. It definitely made me cry. I felt alignment with the planets. I was happy to be a part of this one. But it was overly intense. I had to lay down and crash out afterwards!

I had a small group over for the eclipse. I was so embarrassed, I had a couple mimosas and felt like I had been doing shots. I won’t be able to explain this to anybody there, but at least I have a better understanding of what was going on. I’m also feeling the big shift. I felt it too! I woke up to the news that a friend had died and the day just got more and more surreal from there. I had to cancel appts and had to just lay on the couch all day and into the evening, feeling like my body was pulsing and that I was on the verge of getting sick. I cannot put into words what I felt but my eyesight was affected, I felt “compressed” and overall weird. I had to sit still and close my eyes until that feeling passed. I had this exact same experience. I am a reiki master teacher and I felt a massive shift. To the point where I almost passed out and my energy field was completely out of whack. I had to even call my mother to keep her on the phone because I felt beyond myself. I got stomach sick as well. I had to reiki myself all day and for 2 days following trying to balance out whatever the heck happened. It was WILD. We were in the totality zone in Newfoundland. It was beyond surreal. The last two eclipses I experienced in my life were nothing like this. You are not alone. I am still very off. Things def changed because I have abilities now beyond where I even was in healing etc than ever before.
On the day of the eclipse I kept having headaches at work and that's unusual for me. I kept getting headaches off and on all day. And then the next day I slept all day long. And then I still went to bed on time and slept good. I felt a change also
It was a combination of energy, not just the eclipse whose energy will be powerful for up to 6 months. The sun conjunction chiron and the moon that day. Mercury is retrograde, a Saturn Mars transit was building up, as well as uranus Jupiter conjunction building up. All 9 energies at the same time, while the sun is in the new beginning of the zodiacal year! It's intense! I was fortunate to see the eclipse, but have felt all these energies. Hang on, it's not over yet.
I felt amazing, almost manic 😆 got goosebumps throughout the entire evils as isat next to my dog and cat. Definitely had a come down about 2 days later. I work in a hospital and this week the energy felt "extra". Some patients seemed triggered kinda like during a full moon. Hear me out. It seems unstable folks (mental health issues, addicts and ungrounded people) get triggered during full moons. I call days before and after full moon pre game and full moon hangover. I just know to roll with the unexpected. I myself try to keep grounded, shielded and shake off energies that do not serve my highest good. I too have been feeling a bit off and extremely tired. I currently am healing from injury and thought maybe the pain and anti inflammatory were messing with me. Extra self care this week for me. Love and light!
I almost totaled my vehicle... it was raining and my brakes locked up and I was about to slam into a jacked up truck w/ trailer hitch and the full "FU" bumper package... had to think super fast and swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid complete disaster. I made sure no one was in my car with me because I knew things were off. Maybe if they used a turn signal it could've been avoided, but ish happens... It threw me off for several days dealing with my perception of this setback, but it has been a learning experience. I have been patient with the material limitations and this curveball got to me in a bad way. I knew I needed to level up my perspective to get past it somehow and now I am managing much better. It was probably the experience I needed to trust I can handle whatever comes my way if I stay open to the fact that God is ultimate measure of reality and that all things happen for us, even the setbacks.
I'm in Thailand and the energy here is full on!!! I also experienced, and still experiencing all timelines converging.. Full body tingling and crazy sleeping patterns. I feel good about it 😊
I woke up feeling super-energized, and It felt like my whole body was humming. I didn’t even go outside to watch the eclipse because of the warnings. But I felt really good, and since then I have even felt a couple of bouts of what feels like power surges.

Ascension symptoms are real, and the energy of this eclipse was particularly intense! We can handle these upgrades more smoothly and receive maximal benefit from them when our physical energetic body is clean - lots of water; pure nutrition; no caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, drugs. One can still reap benefits from these upgrades, even if they have some bad habits. It’s just easier, less debilitating, etc. when our physical, mental and emotional energetic bodies are as clean as possible.
Hmm I would say possibly but you definitely don’t want to assume everything is always an ascension symptom. If you did you would miss the signs that something is not right.

OMFG, I'm speechless right now. My vision was crazy that day. Everything that I looked at looked like it was pulsating. I felt sick that entire day. I felt like my crown chakra was wide open. I'm a Reiki Master/Teacher and still couldn't get myself grounded. I wasn't even in the direct path. I was afraid to drive home from work. My intuition has been even more on point since this happened.
I felt a pulsing feeling too, but I didnt feel sick after.
Everything looks like it's vibrating to me for the past year and it can look pixels or like sparkly stars sometimes as if you were lightheaded but not have you experience that ever? Awesome to see someone else who has experienced this.
I’m shocked with you saying this. For the past two days I have had heavy pressure on the top of my head. Never before like this. It doesn’t hurt and I wouldn’t call it a headache, but heavy pressure! I looked at the moon last night and I could barely make it out, it was so blurry! I’m not skeptical type of person, but I have felt off since the eclipse but in a good way, in a good way. I’ve known multiple people, including myself, who were sick multiple days this week since the eclipse. The new codes are coming in and our bodies are having to purge (throw up) any energies (or beings) still in us. The moon was in my sun sign this week, which always depletes my cerebral spinal fluid, but this week was intense! I threw up multiple times and had to cleanse myself with the shower over and over to rid myself of frequencies that don’t serve me anymore.

OMG! I couldn’t tell anyone in my circle they’re not on my frequency. Prior and leading up to the eclipse I had a pain in my hip then in my left knee! I had a hard time walking was in a lot of pain. I made plans not to even be outside and definitely not to look at it. Well (whatever you worship) saw things otherwise. I had to take a family member somewhere and ended up doing errands in mad traffic. So I was out in it the entire time. I’m in Philly and it was scheduled 2:03 - 3:23 I was out the entire time. The next day I felt so invigorated! And still do!

I was giddy! I felt really good. And it was awesome to me to see eclipse. I’ve been fighting depression and anxiety for years and I just felt so good!
I took my shoes off during the eclipse and grounded. I was feeling great and then my head got burning hot and my skin started burning from the inside. Like pins pricking everywhere. I then broke out in hives and a rash. I could not see. I closed my eyes and held on. It took 4 hours after and throwing up for it to stop. I feel the difference and have gone from a door mat to knowing bullshit when I hear it. I see words coming at me and know. People who have seemed so spiritual are becoming needy and kinda mean.. like the realness is coming out. I am writing everything down. Something big happened.

I stayed inside and closed the blinds and did yoga with a live yogi and did a mantra. I prayed afterward. I passed out right before the eclipse and the first 40 minutes in it. I couldn't stay awake, and I felt heavy. So I ate salads, drank water, and ate very little but pumpkin seeds and dried banana and dried strawberries cause I was craving sugar. But I did take the advice of Navajo Indians. They said they recommend staying inside and pray, and fast. Because they also this was the best way to protect yourself. I soaked in the tub to relax with oils, Himalayan salt, etc.

I hit a terrible depression the week before the eclipse. The day of, I was a little more energized. I thought I was gonna have a panic attack before totality. I felt really amazing the rest of that day. I even went on a bike ride. I've been having sleep issues since. I'm exhausted and have my panic attacks again. They'll only go away if I sleep for an hour after work. Hydrate, ground, meditate! Love you! ❤

My mom and I had the same experience! My dad and brothers felt nothing. I felt like I had partied all night lol I couldn’t walk, I was dizzy, so nauseous, couldn’t speak, and I don’t drink. Don’t be embarrassed, my energy was off as well. But I was told not to go to sleep during the eclipse cause you can go into a deep state or something. But I did fall asleep afterwards it just seemed like it drained everything I had in me.

I personally think that people were experiencing a detox and also I think it was showing us that we need to be clearheaded and not put any mind altering substances in our body. That’s why the over effect of taking small amounts of drug. I personally felt very very tired in the weeks before the eclipse. I fasted took a Celtic salt bath and meditated turned off all Wi-Fi electricity and actually felt pretty amazing afterward. I did stay indoors als the ancient cultures suggested this. Also, I have been very emotional the last few days and have been finding out truths about people that I thought were in my corner but they really weren’t which I think is a purge of any negative people out of my life Which is painful, but I feel strong and I know my purpose is to the creator, struggling humans and this planet 🦋

It's typical to feel more tired and lethargic during the eclipse and also the days leading up to the eclipse and the few days after.
If you're particularly sensitive you may feel it long before. But technically we entered the eclipse window with these energies being opened up during the Libra full moon eclipse. It's all normal to feel your senses heightened and have weird dreams and to feel more on edge, triggered or emotional. The trick is to stay grounded. You have to be more intentional about it during these times. Do it as often as you need to feel good. But also notice and pay attention to what is coming up for you around this time. It's pointing the way to what needs to let go of, or integrated or transformed.
I'd say that I agree with others who have said that taking Kratom probably wasn't a good idea. Your body was telling you "no"
Possibly pointing you towards letting the need for these things go because you cannot tolerate them in your system anymore.
It's so important to get your entire system as whole and as free from attachments and substances that make you more susceptible to attachments and energy drains. It's getting serious people. Now is the time to make the choices that you already know are in alignment with your path and where your headed. You can't take everyone and everything with you. That means end the relationships that you know are not good for you. Quit the habits. Quit the job that you hate. It's time to make serious moves towards who you truly are and what you're aligned with. Now. Start taking the steps however big or small. But just start moving towards it. The universe( your higher self) will respond.
Eclipse energies are the energy of chaos. It's change. It brings changes that are meant for your greatest and highest good. Don't fight it. Surrender to the flow and figure out how to be solid within yourself. Get serious about your spiritual practice. Everything is changing whether you're ready for it or not. That's why you have to let go. Otherwise this energy will feel uncomfortable. You can't reach for the things you used to reach for to feel secure. You cannot continue to reach outside of yourself. The ultimate goal is divine union within. It's the only way that you can make it out the other side having went through a wild ride but completely intact!!
I felt pretty good during the eclipse, and the energy in my environment has improved significantly since. I've always been "wired" to handle large amounts of energy though. I do think there was a timeline shift. I can't speak for others, but it was a good shift for me.

Thank you for sharing. I think something similar happened to me. I wasn’t ill but, I believe something happened energetically. The beginning of the retrograde I had an over reaction and lost my temper at the stupidest thing. Completely lost myself to the point I wanted to throw things. I’m usually calm even when I’m angry. That night March 31, I went to bed and my whole body was vibrating so badly I couldn’t sleep. Things feel differently all this week I feel like things I knew before are slightly different now.

I have been dizzy on and off since than and that never happens . This is so crazy I have to add to my post after watching your video. I am in Oklahoma about two hours from the area of totality but I didn’t watch it. I was outside, but didn’t really look up I just watched it get dimmer outside and cooler. Anyways I went to work afterwards my job is super laid back no stress at all. I felt like the life had been sucked out of me and about passed out after only being there 2 hrs. I kept on telling my coworker how sorry I was I didn’t know why I was so tired I just couldn’t shake it. Also I’ve had extreme vivid dreams non stop since than. Literally every time I close my eyes. One thing for me though is I feel like the energy is lighter, and during the eclipse I just knew we would be ok. I’ve had that feeling since than , besides feeling physically off.
Grounding your energy daily is a must as you are a aqua sun. pluto in aquarius will cross your sun at some point. You'll definitely feel pluto when it gets there. You gotta ground your energy. You're prone to feelng disconnected from your body during this time. Grounding !!!

My best friend of 25 years was sober for 9 years, relapsed when he was so dead set on never rushing and in such a good place . He was a Buddhist and highly spiritual person. He felt such emotions a week before he couldn't handle it . His funeral was on the day of the eclipse. I still can't wrap my head around any of it. Never felt these kind of energtys before

I did an eclipse meditation and was overcome with sorrow. I cried a lot. It felt like I'd just released something I'd been carrying with me for a long time.
I agree, it felt very eerie to me, and I also felt the underbelly rise up and become extremely active. I’m feeling it was in proportion to the positive energy that was coming in, but the power of both polarities felt really obvious and poignant.

Yes!! I couldn’t concentrate on work and decided to watch the eclipse on tv. I had heard a Vedic astrologer say that it wasn’t healthy to be exposed to the eclipse outside so I chose to stay inside despite my desire to be outside (to see partial as I am in LA). All of a sudden while watching, out of nowhere, tears started flooding down my face for like an hour of uncontrollable crying. It was as if I released all wounds I’ve ever had, perhaps over lifetimes?? I felt like I was high on mdma but was completely sober. I felt intense joy and love for the rest of the day, it was beautiful. Since then I’ve felt lethargic and this week trouble getting grounded, trouble sleeping, lack of focus, mind racing, vivid dreams, and fluctuating between feeling light and heavy, and kind of all over the place. Out of balanced, undisciplined, trouble meditating, angry and irritated. Feeling better after yoga but it definitely feels like some kind of intense energy shift and weird time thing as if time is moving incredibly faster and I’m struggling to keep up. But I’ve been experiencing “frequency shifting” for the last few months where I can tell when I’m flowing in a higher vibe vs. lower vibe state. It’s as if I’m up and down and all over the place. Really interesting and powerful and a definite energy shift. Thanks for sharing your experience, happy to know it wasn’t just me.
Sleep patterns out of wack. Get up from 2:30 A.M to 4:00 A.M. Vivid wierd anxiety filled dreams before and after both eclipses starting 3/25. After solar eclipse still get up BUT my dreams are all positive and I feel great. Went through deep depression from the eclipses In Libra in Oct. 23. It has lifted like a light switch went off. Work at a low vibe job for the present but not for long; maybe it's the anticipation of getting a much higher paying position and moving forward out of this LOW vibe situation.

That honestly sounds like an anxiety attack you had. And even though I didn't experience one that day even though I've had PTSD all of my life, I saw several people having anxiety attacks prior to this eclipse. And they, just like you had no idea what was going on with them. I have 3 dogs, and the day before they all went bat shit crazy in my house and tore up the entire place, which is something they NEVER did before because they are well trained. So yea, I believe you!
I did not feel anything the day of the eclipse. But, midmorning the next day, I bawled uncontrollably. Almost like an out-of- control drunkard, but I don't drink. And I kept saying, "I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry." The feeling of His disappointment in us, as a people, was so vast. And I could see it and feel it. And I just cried and cried.
Collectively, we failed massively. The sorrow was overwhelming. I do not feel it, anymore, but it was there.
What is out there is so big, and people here get hung up on tiny things. Including me. Jesus gave us a gift you cannot earn. Imagine that you gave someone a gift and that person reached for his pocket and said, "Great. How much do I owe you?" That's a slap. Just be gracious and thankful. We can't earn Salvation "lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8-10)

In 2017 I felt like how you are describing whilst watching an eclipse in USA. The energy was so overwhelming that the energy felt un easy and anxious. It was so strange.
In the vedic culture, we are not supposed to be outside during these events. In vedic astrology- according to my masters in India. You Stop getting the cosmic influences of the sun and moon. This is a big thing. I was in Texas as well. I went against what my teachers said and tried to hide undercover while watching it. I am a very practical person but this has been part of the Hindu Indian culture for 1000s of years. I used to be an eclipse chaser. And have since worried about what happens. It can cause serious physical and mental afflictions. I had a major timeline shift since the eclipse portal and after. Everything is different. It's interesting- I vomited and got sick after being in it for 24 hrs. And my daughter cried for 24 hrs. 😊
I am an amateur student of Vedic astrology, but i do know that the eclipse will have a very different impact on various individuals, mainly due to the type of nakshatra or moon mansion the eclipse is occurring in, and if it aspects your personal moon 🌙 or sun ☀️ position on your own personal chart. I don’t understand why but my moon is in Sagittarius, i felt awful on the lunar eclipse, i had a stellium of planets transitioning my 11 th house that week, felt emotional and unbalanced. My sun is in Taurus ♉️ On the solar eclipse April 8 i felt quite normal, no real impact so i am assuming people need to be cautious because unless you know your chart you never know how this might play out on your psyche or your physical body .
Interesting video Rich. I decided to meditate and tap into frequency during the eclipse also doing a protection ritual. During meditation I got sucked into a frequency realm with other light workers and everyone was in the same place all at once. Kind of spinning. Some energy workers were asking me if I was okay and asking me how I have been on my journey, because they knew I’ve had hard times. It definitely made me cry. I felt alignment with the planets. I was happy to be a part of this one. But it was overly intense. I had to lay down and crash out afterwards!
I was at the convention, although i didn't take anything and didn't have anything like you. Mine was more of a floating almost out of body type experience or brain fog which hasn't stopped since. I wanted to add that you rocked your speech at the convention 🙏❤

I live in Texas, I went outside and saw the eclipse for about 3 minutes without glasses that day I felt really well energetic and grounded. I had the best sleep the night before too.

Yes, this happened to me. As an empath, all my Claire's were superhuman like, and I think we're all adjusting to our "NEW" gifts & abilities on steroids. I can hear, see, and feel things going on across the world to begin with but now it's crazy stronger than ever before. I can smell the breath of others thinking & speaking of me especially if they are drinking alcohol. It's like they are sitting next to me.

Hey Rich, thanks for sharing. I’m a Virgo with Scorpio rising. Pretty new to astrology and tarot. Also an open-minded skeptic. I currently live in Bloomington, Indiana, in the path of the totality. I had a small group over for the eclipse. I was so embarrassed, I had a couple mimosas and felt like I had been doing shots. I won’t be able to explain this to anybody there, but at least I have a better understanding of what was going on. I’m also feeling the big shift. I feel a little bit like I’ve jumped into the deep end of the pool. It’s sink or swim time!
Im in Ohio we were also in the path of the eclipse. I am a seer and clairsentient. Very clearly I heard my guides say, The lady that you met wasnt human or friendly. Im sorry that happened to you and others there. On the day of the eclipse the earth was literally viberating. There was a huge spike of energy that peaked at around 5pm EST. I felt it too! I woke up to the news that a friend had died and the day just got more and more surreal from there. I had to cancel appts and had to just lay on the couch all day and into the evening, feeling like my body was pulsing and that I was on the verge of getting sick. Then the next day I had a past life regression session I had been waiting months for and it was super crazy but the practitioner also told me she'd made the mistake of doing a session on Eclipse day and that her head was spinning and the energy of the whole session that day was crazy but had calmed down since. In Southern Missouri - in the path of totality. Woke up ANGRY ANGRY day of eclipse. Took 3 puffs of some friends Indica weed, to chill out and OMG, felt like I drank a fifth of whisky. I cannot put into words what I felt but my eyesight was affected, I felt “compressed” and overall weird. I had to sit still and close my eyes until that feeling passed. I was at work and needless to say there’s always that person that thinks you’re making it up but I couldn’t care less. My experience was while the eclipse was taking place where I live. I chose not to watch it. Will never forget that feeling and my eyes 😵💫

I had this exact same experience. I am a reiki master teacher and I felt a massive shift. To the point where I almost passed out and my energy field was completely out of whack. I had to even call my mother to keep her on the phone because I felt beyond myself. I got stomach sick as well.
I had to reiki myself all day and for 2 days following trying to balance out whatever the heck happened. It was WILD. We were in the totality zone in Newfoundland. It was beyond surreal. The last two eclipses I experienced in my life were nothing like this. You are not alone. I am still very off. Things def changed because I have abilities now beyond where I even was in healing etc than ever before.
On the day of the eclipse I kept having headaches at work and that's unusual for me. I kept getting headaches off and on all day. And then the next day I slept all day long. And then I still went to bed on time and slept good. I felt a change also
It was a combination of energy, not just the eclipse whose energy will be powerful for up to 6 months. The sun conjunction chiron and the moon that day. Mercury is retrograde, a Saturn Mars transit was building up, as well as uranus Jupiter conjunction building up.

I had a surgical procedure Friday and I have not bounced back..I am dragging myself around in life..
I work in a hospital and this week the energy felt "extra". Some patients seemed triggered kinda like during a full moon. Hear me out. It seems unstable folks (mental health issues, addicts and ungrounded people) get triggered during full moons. I call days before and after full moon pre game and full moon hangover. I just know to roll with the unexpected. I myself try to keep grounded, shielded and shake off energies that do not serve my highest good. I too have been feeling a bit off and extremely tired. I currently am healing from injury and thought maybe the pain and anti inflammatory were messing with me. Extra self care this week for me. Love and light!
I almost totaled my vehicle... it was raining and my brakes locked up and I was about to slam into a jacked up truck w/ trailer hitch and the full "FU" bumper package... had to think super fast and swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid complete disaster. I made sure no one was in my car with me because I knew things were off. Maybe if they used a turn signal it could've been avoided, but ish happens...
It threw me off for several days dealing with my perception of this setback, but it has been a learning experience. I have been patient with the material limitations and this curveball got to me in a bad way. I knew I needed to level up my perspective to get past it somehow and now I am managing much better. It was probably the experience I needed to trust I can handle whatever comes my way if I stay open to the fact that God is ultimate measure of reality and that all things happen for us, even the setbacks.

I woke up feeling super-energized, and It felt like my whole body was humming. I didn’t even go outside to watch the eclipse because of the warnings. But I felt really good, and since then I have even felt a couple of bouts of what feels like power surges.

Thanks Rich! I thought I had a relapse with my AI difficulties. My eyes were shuddering back and forth a bit, vision was a bit choppy, in addition to all the energy stuff you mentioned and discoordination, didn't pick up on any warning type energy.
I napped most the day, HAD TO.
I also had a unfriendly try to chat and distract the night before, one that usually shows up before big things start moving.

Ascension symptoms are real, and the energy of this eclipse was particularly intense!
We can handle these upgrades more smoothly and receive maximal benefit from them when our physical energetic body is clean - lots of water; pure nutrition; no caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, drugs.
One can still reap benefits from these upgrades, even if they have some bad habits. It’s just easier, less debilitating, etc. when our physical, mental and emotional energetic bodies are as clean as possible.
Hmm I would say possibly but you definitely don’t want to assume everything is always an ascension symptom. If you did you would miss the signs that something is not right.
