Nice game! Jolly and Pullella should have finished in the 2nd game. And I see they crossed their position a lot in this match, which shouldn't happen at this level. Come back stronger!
After more than a year, Nagahara forehand serve still remains to be a weakness. Receiver just keep on smashing, on the 3rd smash, they likely lose the point.
I see a similarity between Crasto and Jolly, they want to attack as hard as they can. It's good to have a powerful smash, but you can't smash all the time, soft shots and the angle when doing a smash are also important. Jolly in the end of 2nd game was rushing over to hit the shuttle whereas she was at front and it caused a terrible rotation -cost them losing the game.
Japanese’s double usually emphasis in defence, not strong in smash like Indonesian and Korean pair. Japanese return high and to the same position, Jolly is strong in smash easily. It need to change direction and return over net to create chance of attack. Japanese player now only Watan can perform quick and strong smash but now this pair with Higas declined.
good attack placement from japan in the 3rd, they notice pullela use forehand defense and took advantage of it. that was such a tough game. if india had been more composed, it couldve changed result. also, commentator spoiling games in other courts again. and not complimenting jpn defense even once. this defense is throwback to nagamatsu glory days. smh.
I disagree. Crasto and Jolly are back court players, they can't be a partner. They both need a front court, Crasto with Ponappa, and Jolly with Treesa.
bagus nih smash nya pemain India
